Celebrated my wife's birthday here and we were blown away by everything from location to ambience, cleanliness, food, hospitality and probably the friendliest staff you'll ever meet in a hotel. The hotel is 5*+ by every standard. Our sea facing room was the best view of Camps Bay beach you can get and we loved it nonstop. The shuttle bus service was professional, prompt and friendly drivers, all of them. I'll like to thank the entire hotel (especially Patience) for their hospitality and for arranging all of my wife's fabulous birthday itinerary in a professional manner. Will certainly come back to the 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa.
Nestled perfectly on the coast of the beautiful Camps Bay area with the backdrop of the 12 Apostle Mountains. Every detail of this amazing property is spot on. We stayed four nights (wish we had a few more days). The 12 Apostles was our home base for visiting the Cape Town area and peninsula, the location was a perfect home base for hiking and relaxing, away from the business of the city, but close enough to easily visit all of the cape attractions. We loved the complimentary shuttle service making it easy to visit VA Waterfront and Camps Bay, but more notably Luyanda made these short rides informative and fun. He truly went above and beyond. As did the entire staff, notably Jason the manager, Aiden in the front office, Laura in reservations noted every detail prior to our stay, the Leopards Lounge manager and staff as well. Our room was absolutely perfect and comfortable, the food was fabulous and we enjoyed the beautiful coastal views from the dining, bar and pool area. Just perfection from every angle!…
An extraordinary Hotel & Spa in an extraordinary setting outside Camps Bay. The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa offers extraordinary service, super professional and polite staff with extremely well appointed rooms. An additional extra is the option to have a helicopter land at the hotel and take you for a flip around the peninsula
My husband and I visited the gift shop in the hotel lobby and were blown away by the wonderful customer service we were met with from Shenaaz Vandervent, who delivered a beautiful service of assisting us with suggestions on products and our purchases. She was friendly and incredibly outgoing and welcoming. We had a very pleasant and welcoming experience visiting the gift shop. We will be back and certainly refer others.
Patience France made our arrival very nice. She gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are impressive, the building is a bit winding and rather older. The pool is also heated in winter, which is very nice. The bar with terrace is especially great at sunset. The hotel is a little out of the way. The prices in the hotel are affordable. The spa is too small. I would have expected more from the breakfast.
My husband and I stayed at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa May 21 - 24th. Everything about this hotel is amazing....the location, the views, the food, but especially the staff! Nardus, one of our concierge, went above and beyond to make sure out stay was nothing short of outstanding. The location is close to many of the local attractions including Table Mountain and Lions Head. Our meals were always delicious and accompanied with smiling and superb service!
We stayed in an ocean facing room with a nice deck, lounge chairs & table & 2 chairs where we had breakfast a couple of mornings. Our room was spacious & comfortable with a king size bed & lower living area with a couch, coffee table, desk & T.V. We arrived to our room with a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us. There were all kinds of little niceties in the room like little jars filled with dried fruit, chocolates & other things. There was a nice basket of fruit also. The lobby is beautiful & the people are so kind , friendly & helpful. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay just outside of Cape Town , I would HIGHLY recommend it.
I have stayed at the 12 Apostles in Cape Town five times over the last few years. It is my favorite location - you are only ten minutes from the V&A Waterfront area yet the hotel seems to be in a rural community. The management, staff, waiters: everyone is friendly, courteous and caring. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. I always get a sea-facing room but I’m sure the mountain facing ones are equally as splendid. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the V&A. All three restaurants on the property are worthy of your consideration. I have never used the spa but customers arrive all day so it must be good.
We had the most wonderful time at the Twelve apostles hotel ! Incredible location, staff that go the extra mile, luxurious amenities, stunning spa and delicious food from both restaurants! The best time ever!!
One of the most hospitable hotels away from home. We felt like total Royalty. Thanks to every single staff member from the cleaners to GM. We will be seeing you again soon. Special shout out to joshua jacobs and his team. Front office manager
