Featuring a beautiful open and spacious design with a huge shared pool deck, it leans towards old school, a variety of rich woods, french doors, large arched windows, brass wall lamps and the original wrought-iron balustrade which were carefully reclaimed from the historical Sea Point President Hotel demolished in the early '90s. We stayed for 3 nights and would gladly have stayed longer. Jennifer and Beach make you feel at home right away. They really invest a lot of time in their guests helping out with reservations and providing useful information on trips and safety. The breakfast that they make is really superb. Beach in his "Good Lookin' is Cookin' " apron makes you everything you want, with the help of Cisco, and more ... Sometimes you really have to hold him back. When you have breakfast outside on the deck the view of the beach and bay is fenomenal from where the guest house is, up on the hill. And still the walk down to the boulevard takes only 15 minutes. After dinner I do recommend taking Uber transport back up though. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, well maintained and the bed is of high quality. In summary, we enjoyed the stay very much, thanks to the hospitality of Jennifer, Beach and their staff. Thank you all so much!

Amazing hosts, welcoming you with their hearts, amazing bedrooms (one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in my life !) with beautiful bathrooms, generous breakfasts, an amazing view on Camps Bay, and bonus : a swimming pool to enjoy after a sunny day ! After many travels to Cape Town, I can say without any doubt that Boutique @10 is the best place where to stay !

You feel like an old friend when you spend a few days with Beach and Jennifer. Their sunny, eclectic house on the top of the hill overlooking Camps Bay is large and airy and full of family photos. As Beach says when you arrive - “welcome to the 70s” and the music from that decade was the soundtrack of our week-long stay. The hero of the guesthouse is the view and there is no better way to start the day than by eating breakfast overlooking the bay. There were lots of different options on the menu and everything was delicious. There’s an honesty bar for sundowners and the staff is delightful. Our suite was spacious with windows on all 4 sides and its own large terrace but the blackout curtains worked a treat. The bed was large and comfy and there were loads of pillows. But what makes this place so special is the owners. Beach’s sunny American attitude to life is a joy and Jennifer couldn’t have been more helpful from arranging an emergency doctor’s appointment to restaurant recommendations and reservations. We are delighted to have found a home from home in Camps Bay for the next time we visit.

We stayed at Boutique @10 for three nights and it was absolutely amazing. Beach and Jennifer are great hosts who make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you enter the house. All rooms are perfectly clean with amazing views overlooking Camps Bay and the cosy and beautiful outdoor area invites you to just relax and enjoy this hidden gem. They also do an amazing breakfast and we very much enjoyed the famous "Beach Omelette" every morning. Every minute of our stay was perfect and we would have loved to stay for longer. We also felt very safe with regard to the Corona virus since all regulations were followed and there was enough space for social distancing. We will definitely be back as soon as possible! Thanks to Beach and Jennifer who made our honeymoon very special!

We booked in for a short getaway during lockdown as beaches were closed. We booked the Ocean Suite and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean with amazing views of Camps Bay and the ocean. The bathroom was extremely comfortable with a large spa bath and a walk-in shower. The room had a semi-private deck with great views of the magnificent sunsets over the sea. Beaches were closed so we spent our days lazing at the pool after our sumptuous breakfasts served outside on the beautiful terrace. Beach and Jennifer were great hosts and were eager to make sure we had access to everything we required. Their staff, Cisco and Nelson were friendly and attentive. Overall we had a wonderful break and would highly recommend Boutique @ 10 to visitors wanting a secluded place to stay in Camps Bay.
