Featuring a beautiful open and spacious design with a huge shared pool deck, it leans towards old school, a variety of rich woods, french doors, large arched windows, brass wall lamps and the original wrought-iron balustrade which were carefully reclaimed from the historical Sea Point President Hotel demolished in the early '90s. The fresh ocean breeze and sounds of birds blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is Boutique@10 ... you may just never want to leave.

We stayed at Boutique @10 for three nights and it was absolutely amazing.
Beach and Jennifer are great hosts who make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you enter the house. All rooms are perfectly clean with amazing views overlooking Camps Bay and the cosy and beautiful outdoor area invites you to just relax and enjoy this hidden gem.
They also do an amazing breakfast and we very much enjoyed the famous "Beach Omelette" every morning.
Every minute of our stay was perfect and we would have loved to stay for longer. We also felt very safe with regard to the Corona virus since all regulations were followed and there was enough space for social distancing.
We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
Thanks to Beach and Jennifer who made our honeymoon very special!

«This place is about very special vibe created by amazing owners, Beach and Jennifer, and the whole atmosphere in the hotel. Great interiors, obviously all details were chosen with care, nice pool with the view over picturesque Camps Bay and delicious breakfast cooked by Beach for you. Actually, this hotel is worth choosing just to meet Beach and Jennifer - they are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They greeted us with wine and champagne and did their best to help us with any questions, even while we were stuck in the mountains with broken car.
The location of the hotel is convenient if you have car (there is a private free parking), otherwise Uber is quite cheap. Walking till the beach downhill takes about 20 minutes. But this helps you to avoid traffic and to enjoy amazing sunset views!

First trip to Cape Town for us and we will certainly be back. Staying at Boutique 10 made our trip that much better. The location is centrally located to the mountains, Camps Bay beaches and dining, and downtown Cape Town. Our room was huge and overlooked the pool which we loved to sit at in the afternoon with a glass (or 2) of wine after a day out. The view and setting are even more amazing in person. But most of all the hospitality is what made our experience 5+ stars. Beach and Jennifer take care of their guests like friends. Breakfast in the morning is fresh and anything you could dream of. The greeted us upon our very late arrival, "our home is your home" kind of feel.. Also was really great two have locals on hand for suggestions, tips, and organizing anything to make our experience top notch.

We booked in for a short getaway during lockdown as beaches were closed. We booked the Ocean Suite and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean with amazing views of Camps Bay and the ocean. The bathroom was extremely comfortable with a large spa bath and a walk-in shower. The room had a semi-private deck with great views of the magnificent sunsets over the sea.

Beaches were closed so we spent our days lazing at the pool after our sumptuous breakfasts served outside on the beautiful terrace.

Beach and Jennifer were great hosts and were eager to make sure we had access to everything we required. Their staff, Cisco and Nelson were friendly and attentive.

Overall we had a wonderful break and would highly recommend Boutique @ 10 to visitors wanting a secluded place to stay in Camps Bay.

Want the perfect spot in CapeTown? This is it, Boutique@10
Gorgeous rooms, stunning ocean views and the most dramatic sunsets, nested in Camps Bay’s beautiful mountain. Far enough to avoid noise & traffic but close enough to hear the waves break.
But what makes this experience so special are the hosts, Jen and Beach, they welcome you with open heart, make you feel at home and always around to help you plan your day.
Beach is the Chef in the house, he makes delicious blueberry pancakes while Jen goes around taking her mozzarella & cheese pictures, she’s the social butterfly :)
We love this place and will keep coming back

We left the retreat of Jen and Beach’s humble abode after a 3 night stay from 24th-26th Dec and if it hadn’t been for the saving grace of arriving at a luxury safari lodge to satisfy our obsession of seeing wild animals I am certain there would have been tears! This power couple were absolutely born to be the best hosts! Upon arrival it felt from the get go that we’d known these people for years... it was like staying at an old friends place! As soon as you walk through the entrance it feels homely since you’re surrounded by photos and memorabilia of their life and travels together that instantly make you feel safe and familiar, yet intrigued. Because boy, what a life these 2 have had. They really have a story to tell that from tragedy, they were able to dig deep and still win in life. It is clear that these 2 are perfect for one another and we really enjoyed hearing about their past and how they set up and developed this beautiful guest house.

And what a place they’ve managed to create! The views are spectacular and an absolute joy to look at whilst tucking into the amazing breakfasts each morning served by Jen and Beach as well as Sisqo, who is also an absolute legend! Cereal, granola and homemade fruit compotes, meats, cheeses and cooked eggs however you want them... with strong coffee! Could not have wanted more to set up our days exploring beautiful Cape Town! Loved that the radio was on every morning, again made me feel like I was straight at home! The grounds are stunning and the decor quirky, unique with a blended modern-retro feel! The rooms are cool, big and spacious, bright and airy with comfortable super king beds, air con, cable TV, fridge with wine, beers etc and a Nespresso coffee machine. They have a Cali Malibu style feel to them. Our room opened up straight onto the pool area and we had our own sun loungers!

Since we stayed for 3 nights over Christmas, we woke up to a breakfast table with Christmas crackers and a gift wrapped calendar Jen had made with her own photos of the views of Camps Bay! Such a nice touch. They gave us fab tips on where to go, places to eat etc. It was great being in their company!
Thanks to you both and Sisqo for making our Christmas. We will definitely be back and will be recommending your fabulous place to all our friends!

Our stay at boutique 10 was our last stop of our South Africa trip and my personal highlight for many reasons.

Location & Safety
Having stayed at a few other hotels arriving at the boutique@10 felt like arriving in heaven. First of all, the hotel is located on the top of Camps Bay with a beautiful scenic view on the ocean. Camps bay is also one of the safest areas in Cape Town, so you can walk around to explore the nice houses.

Personal touch
The hotel only has 4 rooms thus the atmosphere is very intimate. The many souvenirs, personal items & thoughtfully selected interior make you feel like you are visiting your rich friends parents holiday home. Looking at the personal pictures of our host Jenny & Beach gives you a glimpse of the life they created for themselves & inspires you to create a fun life for yourself & explore the world.

Recommendations
Jenny & Beach were so helpful in crafting the perfect stay for us by giving us amazing restaurant recommendations & tips on things to do. When traveling to a new culture I am always curious to hear about the dynamics in the culture and to receive some background information on how the locals experience living in that place. That’s exactly what Beach provided by passionately sharing his South African life stories.

Staff & Breakfast with a view
Every morning we were served breakfast by the lovely Staff Cisco & Piri who prepared fresh pancakes, eggs & the best bagels I’ve ever had. Walking into the living room/kitchen in the morning felt like waking up on your birthday when your mum prepared a gorgeous buffet of your favourite foods for you. We even got fresh mint tea with mint from their garden.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique@10 and as you can read I am excited to share the warm & loving feeling we had staying with Jenny & Beach.

Thanks for the amazing time,

Lea, Kai & Shaja

I was really honored to stay at Boutique@10. Beach and his wife made me feel so welcome from the first day. They made me feel comfortable, and were very friendly. Throughout my short vacation they insured that I had
the best breakfast, assisted me in planning my excursions and made sure my room was clean and comfortable.
I felt at home in their beautiful home filled with memorable pictures and different unique antique furniture.
They're genuine and show a caring, fun spirit throughout.
I rate the food, property and stay a 10/10.

Thank you.

The couple who runs this bed-and-breakfast do a fantastic job of taking care of everything you could possibly want. The rooms are quite large and decorated with a lot of animal skin upholstery. The breakfasts are amazing they’ll cook you almost anything you want and a lot of fresh fruit and healthy stuff also. There is a wonderful porch overlooking Camps Bay and a small pool to swim in as well. We really felt at home here. It was a very luxurious feel yet down home and casual. Highly recommended – you won’t be disappointed.

Its not just a good hotel - its the perfect accomodation. Located on one of the most beautiful sites with a magnificant view over Camps Bay in a very quiet area. Large and very tidy rooms are tastefully decorated and grouped around the beautiful terrace with swimming pool - the perfect venue to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the personal contact with the owners Jennifer and David: In addition to valuable tips for trips in the cape region, on table mountain or to capetown and the restaurants we liked the good coversation with the two - and last but not least we enjoyed every morning the breakfast lovingly prepared ba David and his team which left nothing to be desired.

Hi There :). There are taxis and Ubers that are available for all travel. The distance depends on the restaurant however in saying that if you are dining on the Camps Bay beach strip it is a 3 minute Uber ride for the cost of around R27.00. If you dine in Cape Town or the V&A Waterfront it will take 10-15 minutes and cost between R60 - R100 by Uber, by far better than your normal taxi. :)

I would probably say no but it is a very restricted pool, more suited to cooling down than swimming
