We stayed for just one night at the end of our trip to Cape Town in January. Everyone was very helpful, including making a dinner reservation for us. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom - we even had the option of an outside shower! Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, and once again we were very well looked after. Thoroughly recommended if you are looking to spend some time in Camps Bay.
We stayed for 4 nights- perfect location and an easy and inexpensive uber ride into central Cape town. Facilities were good, nothing too much trouble with attention to detail - quiet and relaxing and easy walk down into Camps Bay for dinner- don' t hsitate to book
We had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating especially with late check-out and any booking/activity questions we had. Parking was very easy and the location in the hills above Camps Bay was both an easy 10/15 min walk to the beach but also felt secluded. It was very quiet when we were there, felt like we were staying in our own private home but with the amenities of a hotel.
Whilst we found the venue relaxing it was expensive. We enjoyed the sounds of the sea having our sun downer on the balcony. Breakfast was standard, continental and hot choices to order. Croissants were undercooked. We opted for sea view room, which had a spacious bathroom and balcony off the bedroom. The location is 8 mins walk to sea front; you need to allow 15 mins to return. Good restaurant on sea front to indulge called Paranga!
We stayed here for 8 nights, probably longer than most people do so we found the breakfast got a bit boring. The place is very comfortable, rooms large with plenty of storage and bathroom was huge. The run an honesty bar system in the lounge which is a nice touch and convenient. We didn't use the pool as it just didn't look very inviting, it really needs some maintenance and cleaning, but that was our only negative. The ladies that run it were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We did find it quite pricey for the standard but maybe that was because the exchange rate went against us.
