A lovely place with friendly staff and pleasant views. I felt as though I was home and had to remind myself that I can't necessarily "clean the speakers". Oh yes, the place is central to what you might need and/or want - Tygervalley Shopping Centre, Century City, Grand West Casino and so forth. I paid for convience and that's what I got!
Met by Rocky the manager / chef. Very welcoming. Gave me directions to local supermarket close by. Allocated an outside room which suited me. Small fridge with coffee/ tea provided. Breakfast supplied was good. Would certainly stay again.
The property is good the only problem is the kitchen dustbin is not cleared everyday. They wait for it to be full before they take it out. It is not hygienic. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and the area is very quiet.
Rocky met me on my arrival, he was so helpful and polite. Breakfast was made specifically to my requirements, the room was a little dated but was so comfy, clean and spacious, I loved it. Parking was a little cramped, perhaps that's an area that can be worked on.
This B&B is actually 3 star rated. My room had a bathroom in a cupboard that looked like an afterthought. You could not use the toilet comfortably as it was angled towards the basin making it impossible to sit on. The blinds did not block the full opening of the window. No options available for dinner and recommendations were to use an app to order in. No mini bar available with snacks or drinks.
