From arrival we were treated with pure professionalism mixed with warmth. The close proximity to almost everywhere in Cape Town is a definite plus. Definitely staying here again. The attention to detail is evident in the care taken in things like finding out if we have any allergies so the breakfast menu can be tailored to our needs. Thanks G.

Employee was sent to Cape Town for training, received nothing by very friendly service. From the booking to follow up confirmations, nothing was too much of a trouble. Highly recommended and will definitely be making use for any future requirements.

Everything was good me for except supper, the meals needs improvement. The service and the place are good no complains about them. Its clean, located in a nice area, the rooms are clean i enjoyed my sleep. they must just heater in the rooms.

Cannot fault. Never. Even on a cold wet Cape Town winters morning. It stays the best. Gerda and her staff's only objective is visitor happiness. Nothing is too much. Whether you want pack breakfast or lunch or even dinner. Nothing is too much.
