Arrived at the gate in the middle of a cloudburst. Could not use the access code a there is no connection with the reception. After a while Sandra opened for us and we booked in only to find there was no electricity. We were assured the the owner would see to the problem but never told when this would take...

What a beautiful secluded place to absorb all the beauty of the clear night sky where one can see the milky way, horizon and the beauty of the karoo. The chalets are very well equipped clean and tidy.

We loved the accommodation, the setting and everything in general. The only sad thing was that we could only spend one evening. Would love to have stayed another day. We enjoyed the stay so much that we especially want to go back for a weekend later the year with friends to experience it all over again.

The swimming pool was empty and our kids could not swim , which was one of the reasons why we booked there., did not see one animal on property, did not stay in the rooms that was described when booking. Lamb braai pack was the best of the entire stay!

Very good. It was all a bit confusing at the gate with the entry PIN but after booking in we discovered that the ‘rooms’ (booked for 8 adults in 4 rooms) are not the chalets near reception and the restaurant but 4.4km away, fantastic. Night riding in the Karoo desert is interesting but on arrival it was a bit of...

We had an epic night's stay in you chalet. The lidge is pet-friendly and every luxury is catered for. The Karoo lamb chops and wood made our last night of holiday very memorable. Perfect stop over en route from or to the Western Cape

Very nice place with everything you need. Beautiful bathroom with all the luxuries you need to relax after a long road. I will definitely be back when I travel to Cape Town again as this is very convenient just outside of Beafort West

Although close to the N1 the site is very tranquil and a very good place to stay. The chalets are well equipped and have good braai spots and parking right next to them. They will sleep four if needed, but we opted for one chalet for each of two couples. We didn't opt for breakfast as we had our own...
