Everything about this hotel was just perfect. Good location, lovely room, great service and excellent breakfast. 5 stars all the way. People were so helpful, ordering taxis and recommending local restaurants. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Cape Town.

We stayed at O on Kloof for 3 nights in May at the start of our honeymoon. After a long journey we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. We received some great recommendations and The Codfather in Camps Bay and La Mouette in nearby Sea Point were both fantastic. We really loved the romatic turndown we returned to on evening and the cocktails made by Sheperd who was so attentive and great to talk to each night. Thank you also to Diverson for his warm welcome, suggestions and attentive service. Uber was a great way to get around Cape Town and there was always one available nearby. Would love to stay here again in future.

Just stayed 4 nights at this great hotel . It is located in a great safe area. Staff was incredible. They were friendly and helpful. They made dinner reservations ( we trusted their judgement and it was perfect). They assisted in travel plans. Anything you needed, they attended to. The rooms are beautiful , spacious and very clean. It is wonderful to be in a place which only has 10 rooms so staff can provide each guest with personal attention. Breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. There is free parking on the premises - it would recommend to Uber in the city. Munch easier. We booked massages at the spa. Amanda was wonderful and we really enjoyed our massage Overall, a truly perfect hotel for a stay in Cape Town

We stayed here for the first four days of our tour in SA, taking in the garden route and a safari! All was good until we returned late afternoon on the fourth day to shower and change for dinner. We found that many of our cloths had been moved and this included cloths in the suitcases! Taken from my wife’s jewellery box was on earring and an envelope from a suitcase! Our friends who we stayed with lost a wallet! This tinged our stay here as the location, staff and breakfast were lovely! There is a safe in the room for precious items that we should have used! Our room was downstairs past the indoor pool with sliding patio doors! Nice size but tucked away so beware!

Dear Martin, It is very disconcerting that you had a bad experience while staying with us. We always go out of our way to make sure every guest has the best possible experience while staying at our hotel. I would like to assure you that theft are not tolerated, and since we found out about this incident, all possible steps have been taken to ensure all our guests get the memorable experience they deserve. We hope you enjoyed your South African holiday and will visit again some day.

O on Kloof was the perfect base for our 6-day stay in Cape Town. We rented a car so all of Cape Town, Table Mountain, Lions Head, Camps Bay are all easily accessible from this spot in Sea Point. Vanda and her staff go out of their way to help with suggestions and advice for spending your time in this wonderful city. Highlights were the fabulous breakfasts and being greeted warmly by Sheppard and other staff whenever we got back to the hotel after a day of sight-seeing. Just a wonderful experience all around and we can’t wait to return!
