Soho is located at Sun International’s flagship resort, Sun City. Originally built in 1979 and named Main Hotel, the hotel was recently rebranded to encapsulate the essence of the renowned Soho destinations located in London and New York – known for their popularity with the in-crowd, eclectic vibe and non-stop action. Sun City’s other hotels – the Cabanas opened in 1980, Cascades in 1983 and The Palace of the Lost City in 1992 – each have strong identities and are independent brands under the Sun City banner. The new brand launches the ‘always on’ Soho hotel, boasting the iconic casino that started it all alongside a host of food and beverage outlets, revitalised bars and nightclubs. The Sun City Theatre inside Soho has been transformed to make space for the millennial bar called Vibes and the nightclub Encore, a modern dance venue. The Revue Bar offers adult entertainment for discerning guests, while the Prive Salon welcomes high-rolling gaming guests.

Not impressed with the level of quality, coffee is also cheap compared to Cascades which gives you a Nespresso machine to use. Wifi very slow. Pool bar staff seemed very rude and not over eager to help us.

Wont stay at the Soho again. Coffe in the room is the absolute worst, the staff is extremely rude at the pool bar, and the rooms are not maintained. Very noisy when trying to get some sleep. Def no no for the price.

What a lovely anniversary stay here. Staff were great and the covid standards were quite high. Breakfast was brilliant and the selection was quite nice. The rooms were very cozy and nice. The only downside was the water quality in the shower. All room items including the tv remote and coffees, cups etc were sanitised or replaced completely and it felt very clean and safe. Would definitely visit again 🔜

For a four star hotel the family rooms were just too small, too sparsely appointed. Further not all the items were there when we checked in. Not worth the price we paid for the accommodation and we will not return as a family

The overall service at the Hotel was terrible. We found a sports bra in our bathroom after Housekeeping serviced our room (which did not belong to us), the staff at breakfast questioned our request for a cup of milk and replied that we are finishing his stock, room service was extremely slow, reception staff were not professional at all, we asked for a 11:30 check out and the lady responded "No" after a few seconds she then responded "it's fine, I'm just joking". The general upkeep of the Hotel is poor, cracked walls, peeling paint, blocked toilet. We definitely did not expect this service from Sun City.
