I was placed in room 27 and at first glance the experience looks good. You get a cool bag with the keys and remotes in it. After an hour i wanted to shower when i realised that they forgot to give me a towl. I also noticed that there were almost no amenities here. In the bathroom the soap dispenser is broken but theres no soap to replace it. The large concern is the bathroom roof is full of mold. The stalf are really friendly but dont know whats going on on site. In efforts to get a towl i was bounced from a couple stalf. I enquired about wifi and people just said they dont know eventually tracking down a number of someone who could help. The room otherwise is small but perfectly servicible for business travel with a big bed, tv and aircon

The booking was easy and the staff were helpful. We received our booking confirmation promptly. On arrival checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were allocated a site next to the pool area. The site was spacious and paved with running water, built in braai and an electricity point. The area is clean and tidy. The ablution blocks are clean and cleaners are on duty all untill late. No problems wit warm water.
There was entertainment at the pool area and great fun was had by all. Entertainment included pool games and various competitions. There was a music quiz on the one evening and a dance the following evening.
We attended to the shop which is a bit expensive but not out of line with resort shops elsewhere.
A nice relaxing weekend. We will come again!

We spent a recent (April 2018) long weekend away at this site, i must say that the booking went well and we were welcomed on arrival.
The sites that we had been allocated were not fit for tents at all due to gullies in the sand from water runoff etc, so we managed to set up our camps on the adjacent field which was far better.
The activities around the pool were great and lots for the kids to do.
I feel that there are too few ablutions and the ablutions are not up to standard, no soap was supplied in the one closest to our site.
In all the camp was average but i feel that their campsites need a lot of attention.

On arrival our chalet was filthy. We complained and were moved to another chalet. Main light not working, hot tap in kitchen broken. Mid week, a whole lot of people booked in, made such a racket until after midnight. No security complained. The next day, pool unaccesable due to same people. We decided to braai and play music, at 19h00 we were warned to be quiet! Will never go back.

Then told us we booked for another period, and started becoming aggressive...
Arrived 10 to 2 and everything was closed before closing time...
The place was empty and no1 to be seen now I know why....

Reception were unfriendly. Nails so long she cant separate 2 pages. We booked 2 months prior to our stay and 3 days before check in they send an email. The heated pool is under maintenance. We were 20 ppl. Between the 5 chalets they could only open 1 safe. It was really one big disappointment. Windows and bathroom is filthy. The list goes on.

Facilities are not up to standard pools are filthy and resort is "managed" by group of regular campers who takes it on themselves to apply the "law" with violence and pepper spray very disappointed with my stay.

This was the most disgusting filthy place I ever stayed at!!! Each morning you wake up with new incest bites not belonging to mosquitos!! There was a foul odour hanging in one of the bedrooms smelling of urine or a dead animal.

Heated pool cold, underaged drinking, security non-existent, theft rife, arrogant new management team. If you are not drinking at the age of 13, stay away. Competing to become the first resort to be compared to a scaly night club.

What a nightmare. There were a weekend function and we were not informed when we booked. We had no access to the bar, (no rugby) and the restaurant was booked for the group. We arrived on Friday and had at most 3 hours sleep. Saturday night was even worse. The groups conference came out at 17:00 so thereafter the noise started until about 03:00 every morning. People walked through our camping site, laughed and partied until early mornings. Security informed me that he is not allowed to give me the contact numbers for the owners. Vomit filled bathrooms in the morning was the best. Management did not even respond to my letter which was sent on Monday morning. So sad to see such a beautiful resort go under.
