The rooms are comfortable and clean with showers. Breakfast has a limited range that does not cater adequately for vegetarians or vegans given that we pay the same rates. The guests are noisy given that I stayed here for 2 nights and at past midnight you could hear the guests talking loudly in the next room and in the corridors with no consideration for others. Since covid the Tourism industry needs to work harder to attract clients and give them a memorable stay. The hotel does not offer dinner and you get a voucher to visit 4 restaurants on their list. On a Monday restaurants in Rustenburg close at 8pm so don’t expect a late dinner.
The shower overflows, so you need to shower in 2 minutes. The ladies at reception are not welcoming, I recommend you take them to a customer service short course, they seem uninterested in what they do. Breakfast menu is boring, especially if you stay for more than 1 night. Try to offer FREE water for heaven sake and ask your front desk staff to not recommend tap water, we wouldn't be asking for still bottled water if we wanted tap water. This is unfortunately my second stay with you guys and I hope it would be my last as well
service was terrible and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. you must train your staff how to handle client queries. they must learn how to resolve client queries and stop being personal with customers.
The best lodge in Rustenburg and its staff and rooms are excellent not forgeting the food and swimming pool. the area is safe with great security, i will go to it again when right time comes My business trip was made easy and enjoyable thanks again
