This place is beyond words, everything is well thought out , clean and so beautiful The rooms are immaculate and very spacious. The bathrooms make you want to stay in there all day. They had toys for the kids to play and a jungle gym for them to run around. The viewing deck was incredible, got to see a herd of elephants up close. Ella (the game ranger) was incredible, very knowledgeable and the engaging , the kids hung on her every word. The incredible staff was so great , we truly felted comfortable and taken care of. We will be coming back again without a doubt. Great place to bring friends and family and truly enjoy luxury and being outside all at the same time.

Nkala Game Lodge is simply awesome, and just 2,5 hours from Pretoria! We felt so welcome here and the exciting game drive times are so flexible as you have the entire lodge to yourselves, and plenty of action in the bush here! Five star luxury at Three star prices, can’t believe how affordable such a breakaway can be, but book early as the Lodge is extremely popular, enjoy!!

Nkala Lodge offered more than we could ask for! The lodge is BEAUTIFUL with attention to detail I’ve never seen in a self catering setup. The owners did not hold back on making sure everything is there that may be needed. And the most beautiful decor! The host was also amazing to communicate the necessary upfront.

We had our company year end function at this incredible lodge. The detail and touch of the lay-out and furniture is absolutely remarkable. we often visit game lodges and Nkala is truly a stand-out. Staff and ranger very friendly and accommodating. Its a must visit!!

As this was my first time to the Bush and to be on Safari - I was completely and utterly blown away by the beauty of Nkala Safari Lodge and all that it had to offer! It was a magical experience in every sense of the word - from the beautiful Lodge, amazingly decorated and luxurious rooms, the private viewing deck, to the wonderful game drives and then of course to seeing the animals......I literally welled up with tears in seeing the elephants for the first time. A few days of complete bliss with my girlfriends, an experience I will never forget, always treasure, and I will keep dreaming about my next visit.
