We had to stay over for a Dr's visit and from the moment we arrived till we left, we were treated like family, rather than guests! We had 5 star treatment, great food and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Even our special food request wasn't a problem. They catered to all our needs. A great place to stay when you want a home away from home.

Absolutely brilliant home away from home. We relocated here on short notice after a disaster at our 3 day booking at Kalahari Lodge in Kimberley. We were welcomed with open arms by Erna. Wonderful home cooked meals and a cosy warm room on arrival. All staff were wonderful, Judy, Erna, Lawn and Fiela. You certainly have the winning recipe!!

Hi Hein, What a lovely review. Thank you so much. It was such a privilege to host you, even though it was under sad circumstances for your family. All the staff enjoyed hosting you and welcoming Anita back in Kimberley for a few days. I conveyed your praise to each of them. We do hope to have the privilege of hosting you again soon. Enjoy Knysna and think of us in a bitterly cold Kimberley. Kind regards Judi and the Jungnickel team.

I travelled from Pretoria to Cape Town during the past week but had to fly to Kimberley on Friday for a funeral and stayed at Jungnickel for 2 nights. The room and service was absolutely tops. Lawn is an excellent host and attended to.the smallest detail and requests with a smile. Thank you for making my stay so welcome and relaxing.
