The room was not clean at all, the toilet smelled like someone urinated on the floor, the bath towels had a bad smell. Otherwise the breastfast was really good and the staff at Billy G restaurant really know good service.

Pleasant stay at The Ridge
Excellent accommodation and warm friendly staff. Ever obliging to go go the extra mile. Will definitely be checking in again. Room was neat. Breakfast was delicious, although Arrangements ought to be made for a Halaal menu for Muslim Guests. guests

Excellence practiced and felt by a customer. Continue to offer the wonderful service. My stay was worthwhile and would return for another stay at this hotel. Your staff is kind and friendly. The hotel activities are managed even though in a busy vicinity.

I never been happy she denied to allocate dinner with my point and she gave me a room that is smelling paint and I had an head age. Never been happy with everything and I fell like she took my point just for no resorn

"Try the 3rd floor away from the windows facing the inside movie house as it gets a bit noisy, check out the Tsogo sun offer called 'Perfect Date'"
