Great service the standard of the room was also great. Please have a look at the TV channels, some are not clear while you can also consider adding local content and sport. The shower drain did not properly work as well on Room 101.

This is a basic hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are clean, reception helpful and it has an onsite restuarant and pool. We will galdly stay here again next time we are in the area.

The street and town don't do it justice. From outside you would this naaaah but once you walk into the reception area you can see that it's very clean, newly revamped and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Across the reception is the relaxing pool area and restaurant were one can have pool side sunset drinks or their delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The bar men and waiters were also super friendly. The experience here with worth more than 5 star. My sister and I really enjoyed this stop over on the long weekend roadtrip.

Rooms are not sound proof at all. So you hear all the movement during the night, no sleep. You have to pay your cappucino at breakfast even though breakfast is included in your night stay. No mini fridge in your room....

My room was impeccable, and oh so comfy. The amenities offered are amazing and it was so cool to chill by the Boma. The food was well prepped and so tasty. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Thanks to all for the awesome service

1st thing that turned me off was the reception. It looked like a back packers, small reception area with offices that took reception area space. The smell that came from the corridors was bad. Carpet is dirty and smelling bad. The room was just fine. The restaurant is also dirty, with the same brown, dirty carpet. The staff was so great they deserve 5 star. but was so disappointed by the hotel. It needs a serious renovation.

- bathroom has not a real door and the ventilator is super loud - good quality is not good - price is too high for the quality you get - it is quiet but located directly next to the road - no elevator - everything seems to be very old and has not been renovated for a long time…

No where close to the Kruger gates, food was over AND under cooked, A/Cs were not working. The toilets and shower? Small with, transparent doors. If that's the case, what is the use of a door! The rooms given to us had a single bed, for two people, despite our booking. Restaurant had limited choices, horrible food and timings. It's just a basic below-par hotel, with nothing great. The only plus point was the staff, who gave us chocolates as an apology for the room's not being available, despite our bookings.

I stayed at this terrible hotel booked through a travel agent together with 2 of my colleagues while in White River for work purposes. First of all, the rooms are smelly due to the carpets. The rooms are open plan i.e. the shower is not privately enclosed in a bathroom thus the steam fills up the room, the toilet door doesn't close properly making the whole room unhygienic. The night and day shift staff do not communicate with each other as there was confusion about payment of the accommodation. The food was not fresh at all, previous day food was warmed for the following day i.e. breakfast. There's no WiFi in the rooms, only at the reception and restaurant. I definitely would not recommend this hotel or rather motel for anyone especially for business trips after a long hard day , you need to retire in a comfortable clean place with good healthy food.

Respond from our General Manager Mr Kekana I would like to apologize for your inconvenience caused by all the aspects mentioned in this review. We value your feedback, to report these matters to management. The management of the Hotel has looked into the matter and conclude that it is a problem with WI-FI coverage in the rooms, only efficient in the reception area. This problem is taken care of with our service provider. We have since rectified the problem with the irons availability, and this will not happen again. Food is never served from previous day as per our standard operating procedure. An investigation will be logged on that matter, and rectified. My apologies again and please come and try us again.
