At Rustic Butler we pride ourselves on our service. Our guests can relax in our FOUR-STAR facilities. Once we have spoiled our guests, they return for more. Our Bed & Breakfast is perfectly situated in the heart of White River. Rustic Butler is within easy reach of the Kruger Park, the Blyde River Canyon and the warm waters of Maputo, yet at the same time is very close to the lively city of Nelspruit. The Riverside Mall with its shops, restaurants and movies are 15 km away and Caster Bridge with its art, cinema and theatre is a mere six minutes. For a bit of adrenaline, one can take a scenic drive to Graskop and do the Big Swing in the Gorge or drive to Sudwala Caves and explore the insides of the mountain and afterwards go back in time in the Dinosaur Park. Kaapsehoop is known for its wild hoses and has the reputation of snow in winter!

What a homely and beautiful guest house stunning garden and the nicest owners you will meet. Annelize was the best host friendly concerned and so helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. It was our anniversary and Annelize arranged flowers champagne and candles and chocolates was a treat. The icing on the cake was the cutest friendliest dogs. We will definately be back thank you it was great. The bed was so comfy and everything was clean and fresh.

A very cozy and comfortable environment with friendly people. We came from Joburg on business and was booked into this lovely b&b. After the excellent service and friendly accommodation from Annelize and her cute dogs, my husband and I have decided we will come back and officially celebrate our anniversary here. Hotels can wait, this is what home feels like!

My husband and I came across the Rustic Butler purely by chance. We had a soccer match to watch at Mbombela and had made a booking in Nelspruit at a B&B and due to some miscommunication, we found out quite late that the booking had not been made. As a result, we called around at other establishments in Nelspruit, which were fully booked. One of the lodges we called advised us to try White River as it was close to Nelspruit.

We got through to Rustic Butler and made a booking. My husband spoke to Annelieze and she was so warm over the phone. Lived up to it in person. We felt so well taken care of. Spotless spacious rooms, fresh white linen, thick white robes, sherry nightcaps on the porch for each room. We were asked when we wanted to have breakfast and this was beautifully presented.

A definite winner.

Annelieze was so welcoming, it lives up to what it says, a home away from home. Clean linen, wholesome breakfasts and warm and cozy. We didn't want for anything.

As a hotel owner myself I can highly recommend the Rustic Butler. My family spent three nights there this last weekend and found this B and B to be exceptional and home from home. The attention to detail and providing more than most BnB's puts it above the rest. Thank you to the owners and staff.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Rustic Butler. We were very well looked after. We stayed there for 10 days and our room was always neat and well kept. The room is spacious with all the necessary facilities. We can recommend the breakfast. An excellent resort for a long stay.

First impressions of the guest house are good. The facility boosts only three rooms with wooden decks overlooking a lush green garden filled with birds. It is therefore quiet and has a great setting.

However, the room itself was basic and small. The most important is that it lacked an air conditioner which is essential for the Lowveld humid heat. The roof fan was noisy. Amenities were generally good but my towel had a hole in it. The room also lacked a safe. Although a very narrow shelf is provided, the room does not allow anywhere for someone to sit and work on a computer or to write. I had to revert to sitting outside on the patio to be able to work on a computer. The bar fridge was a bonus and was well-stocked.

The hospitality of the hosts definitely receives a five star. They were in touch with guests' needs, were always willing to assist or just to have a nice friendly chat. Even the 3 dachshunds added to the homely friendly ambience.

Good for one night but perhaps lacks some facilities one would expect from a 4 star establishment. Keep up the good work.
