This trip was to celebrate my sixtieth birthday and Sherreen was recommended to me by a family member so she was at the heart of my plans for many months. Nothing was too much trouble, she understood what I wanted and applied my budget to it. To say this was the trip of a lifetime would not do it justice and Sherreen provided us with an itinerary that exceeded all our expectations. This is a big budget holiday and you want it to provide memories for life which is exactly what Pride Lodges did. Even when we encountered freak weather conditions Sherreen was in contact with us and our hotel's to keep them in the loop. We can't thank her enough for her professionalism and knowledge and from the Safari to the garden route trip everything was first rate. If you are looking for a tour planner then look no further than Pride Lodges.

We were planning our honeymoon trip to South African for July 2023 and I was feeling very overwhelmed with all the options for a safari. An acquaintance recommended Sherreen from Pridge Lodges and it was one of the best decisions we made! Sherreen was very professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to what we wanted in a safari and offered a couple different options. We ended up selecting Kambaku Safari Lodge and we had the most amazing experience!! It was better than we could have imagined. Sherreen offered recommendations and suggestions for other parts of our trip in South Africa that we had prebooked on our own. When we got stuck trying to find a safe route to the wine country I reached out to Sherreen and she didn't hesitate to help. She reached out to a few of her contacts and had us all sorted out by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Sherreen and her team at Pridge Lodges as a travel agent!! I am so happy that we found Leigh when booking our South African safari trip - she was so helpful and responsive from the very first email, quickly understanding our needs and budget and setting out several excellent options. After deciding on a lodge, Leigh made every step of the process of booking and understanding the arrangements so easy, and was on hand to answer any questions. The lodge we went with, on Leigh's recommendation, was amazing and exceeded our every expectation. If you are booking a safari, let Leigh be your guide - you will not be disappointed. We planned our trip in 2019 for a 2020 visit. Due to COVID we just traveled this July. Prides lodges (Sherreen McLintock) was an amazing partner. We made endless amounts of adjustments including changing our plan on the fly during our visit. Every venue and experience was fantastic and within budget. I would highly recommend using Prides Lodges, especially if you work with Sherreen.

I can’t recommend Pride Lodges enough- I needed help to plan a surprise 30th trip for my partner and Sherreen was so incredibly helpful with her suggestions of lodges and her patience (I took a while deciding which ones to go for because they are all amazing). She tailored the trip so well and took on board exactly what I was after- there was a real personal element to the planning. Our connecting flight was delayed when we got to South Africa but Pride Lodges were immediately on the case and sorted a backup plan by booking new flights to make sure we didn’t miss a second of our trip. That to me just showed they really care and want you to have the best trip possible- thank you Sherreen and Pride Lodges, I cant wait to book another trip with you in the future!

Sherreen at Pride Lodges was excellent! As a bucket list trip, we wanted to go to Africa, not knowing exactly what to do or where to go. A friend sent us to Sherreen and that made all the difference. Being in and from South Africa, she knew the best things for us to do for our once-in-a-lifetime trip. She listened to our thoughts and put together a plan for us. The itinerary she set was perfect and she was accessible and helpful before and during our trip, whenever she was needed. My family told me I did a great job planning- but it was all Sherreen! She made it relaxing and stress-free for me, as she did all the work. If we're ever lucky enough to get back to Africa, we'll call her again. Thank you, Sherreen!

We have traveled the world but this was our first time in Southern Africa and it did not disappoint! Sherreen helped us design our itinerary to optimize our 3 week trip to 4 countries, and did a FANTASTIC job! We are very picky and know what we want and Sherreen was able to accommodate all of our desires and stay within our budget. We went to 3 different reserves, all very different, all fabulous, saw over a hundred different animals, including the Big 5. We always say there is too much to see in the world to go someplace twice, but we will do this again, and with Pride Lodges. Thank you Sherreen!

our first time in south africa and first safari for my wife and myself. Sherreen proposed us various choices and the Bateleur one was a really good proposal. 3 days to remember for a long time where time stops among so many unknown animals from birds, snakes, big five...Easy comm with shereenn and reactive to our request.

It was my boyfriend's first time to SA to meet my family and I wanted to give him a true safari experience, together with my family. I worked with Sherreen McLintock at Pride Lodges to come up with a lodge that would suit our needs and be within our budget. We had numerous dietary requirements, anniversaries & birthdays that we were celebrating and Sherreen did an excellent job at communicating all our needs to Baobab Lodge. I was so excited to come back and report to Sherreen that our trip was incredible and the best part was that my boyfriend PROPOSED during the safari, making it a truly unforgettable trip.
