Everthing worked, food and service was excellent. Staff super friendly, accommodations couldn't be better. The beds where super comfortable and clean. I also used the laundry service and it worked. I had the most relaxing stay I've ever had at any hotel!

Absolutely amazing place Staff are fast,courteous and extremely competent. The food is exceptional The setting is out of this world Nothing is too much trouble I was on safari for 3 days in Kruger and I stayed here. I have done multiple safari’s before in Kenya,Tanzania and Sri Lanka just to mention a few and stayed in places like treetops in Kenya and samburu lodge etc and I never thought anything would come close to these places but Kruger gate is easily on par with these places. Can’t recommend highly enough. 3 days was nowhere near long enough,I could have done at least 7 days. If you are on safari in Kruger park then this is the only place to stay

The location offers a great African safari experience with everything catered for. We had the luxury room which has large bathroom, kingsize bed and lovely private patio area. There is a large selection of food choices and meals all prepared to a high standard. This hotel attracts large organised tours which can be a bit overwhelming if looking for peace and quiet. The viewing deck and infinity pool area can be very busy and loud at times because of large groups gathering in the afternoon/evening.

Kruger Gate Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfortable, clean, well designed accommodations; well run safaris, and a relaxing spa. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the breakfast and dinner buffets are wonderful with a wide variety of choices. Thelani is an excellent masseuse and an elephant even showed up right outside my treatment room window. The pool also provides an incredible view of the park with frequent animals freely roaming nearby for a truly incredible experience.

This is a beautiful hotel with most of anything one could want in a resort of this type. The atmosphere is perfect for those planning to visit Kruger National Park and take part in safari/animal drives.

Great hotel and setting, property is magnificent and well maintained, the rooms are luxurious up to date and extremely clean, staff were always present. We had exceptional service in particular from Anthony the food and beverage manager who had his eye on the ball at all times and you noticed immediately when he was off duty.....
