We stay at Loeries Call guesthouse every year on our way to the Kruger, and it is always a pleasure. The location is close to town, there is ample parking, Orange Restaurant is on the property and most of all the staff are welcoming and willing to help in any way they can. See you next year!

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with good coffee. Great location next to the Orange restaurant.

I was travelling with my sister and elderly mother who walks with the support of a walking frame. I had phoned the lodge previously to ask them if the rooms were easily accessible and nobody mentioned the stairs to me. I had also requested a room with twin beds which was not prepared. Staff was happy to made the arrangement but would have been nice if this was prepared in advance.

We had arrived from Kruger and were dirty and dusty and looking forward to a shower prior to our dinner. Unfortunately there was a burst pipe and no water was available which is obviously out of the control of lodge management. When we requested a bucket with water to wash, we were offered a bucket with swimming pool water. Very disappointing that such a beautiful place and for the prices they charge, do not have a back up water supply for unforeseen circumstances like a broken pipe as this seems a small and easy investment.

Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and I can recommend the place.

Loerie’s Call was a beautiful guesthouse. Lovely modern designs and comfortable room. The room I had presented gorgeous views. The gardens are well maintained and immaculate. The staff on site was professional and attentive. The restaurant had superb service and excellent food, I’m pretty sure it’s the best restaurant in Nelspruit. The 5 stars are well deserved.

The only downside was the Spa. The masseuse didn’t seem professionally trained. I asked for medium pressure and she was basically caressing me so I had to ask her to step it up to a firm. My partner had a pedicure and they didn’t give her a full one because she already had gel nails on and was told it would take too much time to remove and reapply. In that case I feel I shouldn’t have been charged for the full package that included the pedicure. Also our room, although it had stunning views was adjacent to a busy road which was busy on the Friday evening we arrived with traffic leaving the city. However, during the weekend it was very quiet.

Sibongile and her colleague ( I’m so sorry I forgot her name) Thank you.

These ladies were on point from the second we arrived they treated us like vip’s the checking inn process was easy and convenient we were then given a tour of the place and escorted to our rooms with respect!

I know we might have given Sibongile and her colleague a headache but they spoke to us and responded gracefully as we enjoyed our time at pool and the surrounding area.

The breakfast team was also great as we were a large number but our food was always hot and tasty. Also the gentleman that was busy with the garden took our pictures, thank you!

The Orange Restaurant staff with our dinner, alsomade our stay at Loerie’s Call a beautiful experience with Sibongile, again, assisting us with everything regarding our booking!

Thank you so much Loerie’s Call for such an experience and your beautiful refreshing Rooms!!

We definitely thinking of coming back with more couples and family.

May God bless you!!!!!

It couldn’t be any better. Picturesque boutique guesthouse overseeing Nelspruit. Sunday mornings with live saxophone music for the breakfast being served on the terrace and in the garden area. Cindy and Regina were the perfect hosts making our stay a 5-star one for the memories. Thank you !!

I stayed here during a business trip, and was very impressed with the service on arrival, departure and whilst staying at the Guest Lodge. The lady at the reception was exceptional with her hospitality , and making me feel welcome. The rooms were very clean, the only 1 snag was on the one night the hand towel looked quite dirty, but it was from some stains. But other than that the cleanliness was good! The beds were very hard, but it is not something that would put me off staying there again.
I will definitely be staying there from now on for all business trips.

We loved our short stay at Loerie's Call. With its beautiful tranquil gardens and sparkling blue pool we found it quiet and relaxing. The bottle of port in the room was a lovely and much appreciated treat. The room was big and airy, the shower was wonderful, and the aircon well used.
Ladies at the front desk were full of smiles and most helpful.
Breakfast was delicious with seasonal fruits, lovely yogurts, waffles, and croissants. Cooked breakfasts also available.
We would definitely stay there again.

My father stayed there. He said its very nice, but there was an incident during the night. At 3am someone knocked on his door very loudly, that even the frame at the back of door fell off and broke. he said they were trying to break in to rob him. As there weren't many guest there, the place was very dark at night when he walked to his room.

Dear kharal873750 Thank you for taking the time to write a review on behalf of your father. we sincerely apologize for the Uncomfortable experience that he went through and the inconvenience caused on the night of the incident. It is a pity that you don't mention the efficiency of our security and the response we got from the security backup company. We have since upgraded some of the security features throughout our establishments. We hope that we will have the opportunity to see your father and the rest of the family again. We stayed in room 4, definitely worth the name 'suite'. The bed sleeps great, the mini bar was filled, the pool next to your door. Relaxing at the pool, something you surely need to do! The views are amazing, the waving palmtrees and the sofa's are absolutely highclass!
Before we went out for dinner, we received a home made baked lemon cake mady by Thuli, we would especially thank her for being so kind. It was truly delicios Thuli!
Breakfast is being served next to the pool and it offers you all you can think about. Really one of the best we had in SA!
We definetly recommend this guest house!

Hi Charlie, We have just been made aware of this request via Tripadvisor and I apologise for the delayed response. Our standard rooms and our executive suites can all be made into twin beds. Please could you confirm the email address you are using for your enquiry?

I was just there in May, and yes they do coordinate group based safari's for you. What I mean is, you can join a group of 6-8 people total for a 1/2 day or full day tour ($85-90). If you are looking for a multiple day guided safari, you would need to book it through another company.

Antonio, Where do you need transfer to/from? Probably advisable to email Loerie's Call guesthouse directly. If you are landing at Mpumalanga airport on the 6th, I would advise you to arrange safe transportation to Loerie's Call directly with them or ask them who they could recommend. Kind regards, Carol
