We make use of this venue quite often for business events. Clean, neat venue with a large conference room that is sufficiently air-conditioned, which is a must in lowveld weather. The venue also provides wireless wifi hotspots. Parking is sufficient, but there are only about 8 shade cloth covered carports. Food served is standard, nothing special. Overall an standard venue.

I’m appalled by this place. The place is ridiculously expensive. The breakfast was below average the rooms were worse than a motel. You might as well go to a five star hotel instead of this place. R995 per night. Not worth it at all.

This lodge is a few kilometres outside Nelspruit so you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. You have to cover about 1 kilometre on gravel which is not bad and can easily be transversed in any sedan.

The property appears to be popular with conference groups and has the necessary accommodation and facilities for these events.

There is a large section dedicated to children with various outdoor facilities and activities (I did not travel with children but at least appreciated the thought). The rooms were well appointed but I found the absence of DSTC (Cable TV) to be a shortcoming as this was not even available in the communal areas or pub (so watching sport, overseas channels and Disney was definitely not an option).

Breakfast was simple and adequate but be warned to arrive early as the staff seemed reluctant to warm food or replenish empty serving dishes. Variety was sadly lacking in the menu.

On my last evening the lodge had organised a braai which had a great variety of food that was delicious (my only challenge with the braai and breakfast was that it did not factor the fact that some people do not et pork).

The bar was situating outside under a thatched roof. Whilst this looked quaint, it was extremely cold (May) and although a fireplace was installed the staff had not taken the trouble to light a fire.

Whilst I had a few such small gripes, I would not hesitate to recommend this lodge given that their price was extremely good and you should expect to pay at least double to triple their rate at the typical branded hotels. This is not where I would go for an idyllic romantic holiday but would certainly bring the family here

This is a lovely country venue for conferences and overnighting on the way to Kruger Park or Mozambique.
Could even make for a good weekend getaway!
Facilities are clean and atmosphere is calming.
Wide open spaces, inviting pool.
I can definitely recommend this place.

Situated about 10 kilometers outside of Nelspruit alongside N4 towards Emalahleni is this jewel of a conference Centre Hotel. Nestled with the ever green trees of the lowveld, clan air, coolness, quietness and tranquil. The hotel conference Centre is jus an experience. The people here are as friendly and welcoming as their pristine environment, Free WIFI conference, beautiful rooms and good food.
