We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip to South Africa, we were made very welcome and found the room overlooking the pool, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend !

We stayed at the lodge for just one night, but it was everything we expected it to be. Nice host, great breakfast and tidy rooms. The bed was a bit hard and small for our liking, and the shower a bit dated. Nothing to worry about for a short stay though.

Stayed here for a one night and was received by one of the most pleasant hosts. She was very helpful and efficient, even prior to booking. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a fridge and microwave. They also have a pool area which most of the rooms lead out to. I was really impressed with the honesty of the cleaning staff, who found my purse which i had forgotten in the cupboard. It was safely returned to me with everything still inside.

I have been in this guest house for several times, but the last one was very disappointed.
We booked a room with extra bed and we stayed at a cottage with no breakfast.
Cottage is very old, with old carpets and sofas.
The room have a lot of spiders and looks that wasn't clean.
Breakfast just have toasts and cereals, besides eggs.
The manager was also very rude because we got a little late, after 20.
A very disappointing experience.

The Hosts are the best that I've come up so far! Super friendly, client focused, always available to help.
The room is exactly what we need to have a nice weekend spend! It's clean, with necessary amenities and comfy bed. TV and AC will make the rest of the comfort.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights, him taking part in a cycling event. The price was an issue and the proximity to the Mbombela stadium was important. The guest house was very clean, not luxurious, but had everything we needed. The pool and aircon were life savers. The gas braai a wonderful extra! No need to buy wood/fire lighters etc. just flick the switch. The highlight: friendly and accommodating Antoinette and her staff. It really made the difference! Thank you once again!

The entrance of this B&B is somewhat austere but, once inside, the grounds are pleasant and quiet. All the rooms face onto the pool area, except ours that is, which had no outlook. The triple is more of a double with a daybed and in desperate need of updating. Very run down. Sliding door to toilet and shower. Fridge stocked with annoying minibar items which had to be emptied so we could fit our own supplies in. We were able to purchase some dinner items at the local supermarket to enjoy in the grounds outside. We found George friendly and helpful.

I'm pretty sure the web site advertised 'free wifi' at the time of booking but, on arrival, there was a 12 month old note stating that there was now a nominal charge for internet which, although not expensive was charged daily from 8am to 8pm - not really coinciding with B&B hours.

The fantastic cooked breakfast more than made up for any shortcomings with the room. It was excellent. And, the price is very reasonable for what you get so, for an overnight stop, it certainly met our needs.

The Guesthouse is managed by a lovely couple, who bend over backwards to accomodate their guests and make their stay comfortable. The restaurant only serves breakfast, but any time of the day, food can be ordered from a multitude of restaurants - a service provided by the guesthouse.

There is a nice pool in a beautiful garden setting - a little paradise.
