Good value for money. Excellent service staff and perfect for a stopover. We traveled from Mozambique to nelspruit. Just what we needed. Nothing more or nothing less. We had a water leak and was reported to reception. Dealt with very professionally. Well done.

The hotel was clean, but they must have the small bar refrigerators inside their guest rooms. Also fix the volume of their tv especially the E channels, because I was disappointed when the was no volume, how can you watch a silence TV?

Good services ,ust untidy somewhereb in the room 307. Receptionist was good to us,she explained everything. And other thing can make a plan about your showers water goes outside. We have to use towel to wipe the floor.

Poor service. Aircon not working reception could not find the booking .Money was charged and no room available. Argument ensued and then a room was given.nelspruit is very hot and aircon is a necessity not a luxury

The room was reserved for 3 people but only 2 towels was available, even after requesting 1 more... The bath tube is inside the sleeping room with glass wall with a cover on the waist height...a little bit weird.

I noticed that you have changed your mattress, it was not comfortable as I know it. Don't know why you changed the nice and comfortable mattress. The front parking is small and the back parking is dark and very uncomfortable to park in it.

The hotel employees were NOT helpful at all, made me now suspect them. Cleaning ladies were rude when the receptionist asked them if they found anything in my room. To a point cleaning ladies walked out (leaving for home) while the receptionist was still trying to assist us. They were not bothered to hear the story. Forgot my earrings in the room. Went back to the hotel same day to check for my earrings. Housekeeping was not helpful and they claimed they did not find the earrings in the room. When I know i certainly the earrings were left there. Not a happy customer, staff are thieves, they do not report stolen stuff to housekeeping or they don't even try to contact people who forgot their things. They were showing me green earrings which are not mine that were found on another room. Nolwazi Gama the reception lady was assisting us and promised housekeeping manager will call me on Monday after further investigations. No one called me back on Monday, I called the hotel around 4:00pm Monday and still Nolwazi Gama did not want to put us through to the housekeeping manager when i called on Monday to follow up. …

The staff were so friendly from the night afternoon shift to the morning shift. Thanks for offering us coffee on our arrival even though your coffee machine was off, you guys tried to fix it within minutes and we got our coffee. Well done Sun 1😍😍😍

The hotel was great ,we just needed cooked breakfast. Having a good meal to start your day ..not just bread and cheese. The staff at the hotel are the best and are of a good help even when one doesn't know his or her way in the area.they make you feel at home
