Poor Service

This was very poor from the moment you enter the premises, there is no parking, the staff have a forced smile on their faces, the corridors and common areas are full of dirt, old carpet and beds. the room smell of cigarrete smpkes and dust.

Good evening Thank you for letting me know about your stay We appreciate all feedback from our guests , as you would have seen when you entered the foyer there was a large sign board advising that we are currently undergoing a major refurbishment which will be completed by the end of April. As for the team member being unfriendly this has been addressed with them as this is not what we are known for Regards

Expectations

Excellent experience had at Stay Easy Emnotweni Mpumalanga... I also use Stay Easy in Rustenburg North West South Africa, it is the wow! We all have different expectations but mines were meat and i knew i wouldn't got wrong with Stay Easy or Southern Sun.

StayEasy Emnotweni needs refurbishment

It looks like this hotel had not been properly maintained over the past 10 years. My first visit in 2007 was excellent, the place was proper. Hence I recommended that we book there this past weekend. I was very disappointed

Stay Easy

When over nighting at Stay Easy hotel, we actually feel our experiences matches the name of the business. It is "easy" to "stay" at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is a/c, a nice breakfast and a beautiful garden and pool area.

very accomodating staff

The hotel is a great place and location is very easy to find. the family room was a bit crampy and small. maybe the expectation was something else. however the staff responses to the requests made up for it.

Good Afternoon The StayEasy Emnotweni does have rooms available , Our rate is R1099.00 bed and breakfast per night. We are adjacent to the Riverside Mall , which has the Emnotweni Casino as well as a Movie house and a large selection of restaurants, we are also close to the botanical gardens and only 45 minutes away is the gates to the Kruger National Park. If it is waterfalls that you like , for a half day trip you will be able to see 6 waterfalls in the Graskop and Hazyview areas. Please advise if we must make a booking for you
