A little disappointed in that we booked deluxe rooms and it was very small and needed a bit of a makeover, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and friendly although it did take a while for them to find us rooms with running water, they maintained the water was off because those rooms weren't in use, I found that a bit strange. Those rooms were far better than the ones we were finally allocated.

Friendly staff and a comfortable room.
We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave very early to run a marathon, thus can't comment on the meals.
I don't have more to add so am putting in the sentence just to make up the required no of characters!

The room was clean. No toilet paper available. I called the manager to sort out.
The breakfast/eating arrangements was also not given through to me.
Shower door does not close properly. Shower floor cracked.

never will I recommend or make use of this place again, absolute no guest service and very poorly managed.
some nights we did not even have towels to and shower, other nights guests invited the whole city for a party and drinking, noise making kept other guests up unit 3 in the morning.
not a place where you can rest and enjoy your trip.

Access to management very difficult throughout our stay
There was a security breach to our neighbours's unit - staff entered the unit at night while they were sleeping.
The response from management was very disappointing.

The stay was great and managed to get quiet time to do my work without being disturbed. Was received with kindness and the rooms are clean. The most critical for me is being able to do my work in a quiet clean environment always. Thank you!

Sadly this establishment is not 3 star status. Your meet and greet and checkin in is poor. Guests should not ask for toiletries. Your establishment does not have basic utilities like a hair dryer. The breakfast options are minimal at the least and very little options for vegetarians. I will not use your establishment again.

My first stay here last month was fairly average. This stay was nowhere close to it. Last month I was given a room with an aircon and a flat screen TV as per my request on booking.com. This month I had a ceiling fan and a small box 51cm tc which was below eye level of the bed. The shower head was spurting everywhere and I could not have a proper shower, there was a dirty tissue lump inside the shower. Yet again no spray for the mosquitos. The room was much smaller than last month and had no iron or ironing board. It was not a good experience. Another thing last month I booked on booking.com and got my genius discount online for about 600 rand. The owner jan said there was a glitch on the site and charged me 655. This month I informed him that I get a genius discount and there was no glitch this month and requested I be charged my booking.com rate which he adhered to. I will not be returning to this establishment as I am now certain that last month I was charged R50 rand extra and this month I was given an inferior room as I requested my booking.com rate. My opinion is that I would have been given the same room as last month had I not disputed the rate.

Dinner and breakfast was booked and paid prior arrival. Dinner consisted of the "manager" driving to KFC to buy me a burger. Next morning nobody was available to provide the breakfast. When it was time to leave, gates to parking were locked with nobody around to open them. It took 15 minutes to figure out a way to leave the premises, which made me late to a business meeting. Rooms are clean, but date out the 1970s. Wifi free and functional. Will not stay here again and will make sure the company does not send any people to this "establishment" in future..

It is getting late and I am no closer to getting any sleep. The shouting from next door continues to compete with the TV and the belching drain chimes in to deepen my dismay. There is more shouting in the passage which the manager ought to hear. Mind you that could Be the manager. I stayed here two or three years ago and it was stupendous. New owners I hear. I should have read the signs when the toilet door wouldn't close, there was no tea or sugar to go with the kettle and the TV and the bedside lamp didn't work. Still ... There is breakfast to look forward to. Wish me luck.
