The lodge have their own safari vehicles and guides. Chadrack our guide was amazing and helped with my grandaughter and her wheelchair. He was very informative telling us all about the animals. The staff were brilliant. The food was good and the main lodge was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. We had a family room which was adequate could do with a bit of updating. Beds were comfy. Close enough yo Hazyview which had a great Mall. We had a hire car to get around in. Felt very safe. Downside accessible features for a wheelchair user could be better. Access to lodge and swimming pool involved steps. There are no ramps. Walkways are narrow in places. Our room was on the flat and the door wide enough for a wheelchair but once inside there were no disabled facilties. Limited gluten free options.…

Best safari experience ever! We loved our accommodations, which included two separate bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchenette. The food was excellent. Service was excellent. The guided safaris with Michael were outstanding and exceeded all expectations. We saw the Big Five and much more in one day. We highly recommend the Kruger Adventure Lodge.

The perfect location to explore Kruger N.P. We upgraded the last 2 nights of our Safari Tour at this property and ended up with a 2 bedroom suite. After 10 nights in a tent, this was great! It was nice to have an ensuite and a kitchen with living area. Look it certainly wasn't a 5 star but I liked it, the rooms could use a refurb but it was suitable for us. The staff were all wonderful, my sister even taught one of the staff how to make an espresso martini and we all had a laugh, which was fun. I didn't swim but the pool looked good and the outside deck area with a fire pit was nice. I would absolutely again ❤

Friendly staff, great place to stay and very affordable, our safari tent was very clean and comfortable, food was great as well. Would highly recommend this place. Good location for shopping and sightseeing.

We had booked a stay here in August 2020 but obviously never got to visit. The hotel was so lovely we always said if we went we would stay there. So after a week staying in the Kruger doing mainly self drive we did a night here and the all day game drive. The staff are absolutely lovely. The room was absolutely lovely. The bar/terrace was lovely by the pool Dinner was great A 515am meet was made better by some coffee! The game drive was 530am-3pm. 9 seater vehicle with a brilliant driver called Happiness. We saw a good range of animals (altho still no rhino) Really pleased we went back

The stay was comfortable, friendly staff, good food. The wifi connection was terrible, and no mobile phone connection as well. In the bar section there was not enough glasses to serve the guests. Apart from these minor issues we enjoyed the stay.

This would have been a great review if a few key amenities were not missing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The time in nature was amazing. The shower was terrible with no hot water. Was not fixed even after someone came through to fix it.Terrible experience with two little kids. WiFi was promised but when we got there we were informed that wifi was only available in the reception area. Wifi signal in the reception area was weak.Very inconvenient. Room service that was promised was sun standard. Basically a take it or leave it from a set menu without much flexibility to choose our own options. Breakfast was standard as expected. Was not brave enough to try the dinners so we settled on take away spots in the area.

This place is honestly pretty bad. The redeeming feature is that almost all staff were very nice. The game drive guides were amazing and the girls in the reception were gems. However, service in the restaurant was overall one of the worst, if not the worst, I've ever experienced (although there are of course exception, and it wasn't always as bad). We're talking waiting 30 minutes for a bottle of water, and 50 minutes to pay the bill (and being met with angry looks once we reminded them about the bill). The food was a whole other level of bad, at least the vegetarian. (As in at times difficult to finish even for students with quite low standards). They really need to work on service and food quality. It says they have wifi, but don’t expect to be able to use it. What they have is a connection that's on-and-off constantly, and mostly works in the reception and jumps in and out. In the room there was very poor to no connection. Honestly this place should not be allowed to claim they have wifi. Connection really needs to be urgently improved. Such a shame that this place is overall pretty run-down when the game drives are so good. Luckily reception and cleaning staff were super helpful (such as when we found cockroaches in our room). Would recommend the game drives and having a lovely chat with the receptionists, but overall I would never go back. …

Chalets smelt of urine. In dire need of upgrade. Braai facilities very poor. Cut our losses and left after one night despite having paid for two. No wifi in the chalets. Only positive is that the staff were friendly.

not to be repeated. the pool was under maintenance but this was not mentioned anywhere. We did get dinner in the evening as compensation. the rooms on Booking.com seemed so nice but the reality was not at all. the bed almost fell apart. Luckily was the safari trip to Kruger perfect
