Wow, what a change to your normal business visits. Exceptional friendly staff and great accommodation, the food was also very tasty. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave you feel welcome. I will be staying there again.

From staff to facilities! Limpopo guest manor offers great service and value for money!
Not many people know that it holds one of the more intimate arenas to just have coffee and cake. Blissful setting.
Highly recommended!

Their conference facility are stunning & very clean, and a number of facilities to inamble any brake away session if needed. They have a very good conference package with all learning aids. Their food is to die for and they excellent service. They also have beautiful gardens.

The costumed doorman and desk-based reception suggest that this might be a high-end boutique facility. It is not. While perfectly comfortable, the rooms are quite basic (no working desk, cold tile floor, no decor that matches any of the pictures on the website). The restaurant is adequate, but the staff struggled (pleasantly) to cope with our large group, our soup was consistently cold, and "chicken curry" turned out to be a quarter chicken with a bit of sauce. OK for an overnight stay, but not a destination lodge.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. Good safety. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family unit which was spacious and ideal for our needs. Centrally located in Polokwane. Not a place that I would want to spend too much time at, but really ideal for overnight accommodation.

Very very Friendly staff and Lovely Neat Grounds with water features! We only had breakfast which was of high standards. Dinning room is decorated with luxery furniture and finishes. Staff once again quick and friendly. Free WiFi. We stayed in Room 18 (Excecutive Suite). When we arrived it was very noisy outside our room. The veranda is right in front of our room. People sat there and ate there take aways the whole afternoon. So my suggestion would be do not stay in room 18. But I suppose we were just unlucky. The room was very large with comfortable and beautiful furniture. Big Kingsize bed. TV Stations were very limited, No M NET just normal 1,2,3 and sport channel. Very large Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath. But the negatives: Jacuzzi bath was leaking and we had to use all our towels to dry the floor. The power went out because of this the problem, but we called reception and it was on in 5 minutes. A big let down for me was there was no dressing table. No hairdryer. The only mirror was in the bathroom but no plug for your hairdryer. I did ask reception about this and they send me a extention. They also send us new dry towels. I would really suggest that management place dressing table with mirrors in the room, so much space for that. Just to make the stay more comfortable for there guests. I will recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Will just make sure about bath and dressing table next time.

Normally stay elsewhere in Polokwane but that place was fully booked. This guest house was recommended and was very comfortable. While the rooms are not the greatest the property is kept very beautifully with wonderful staff and a nice bar and dining area. Also situated in a quiet residential area.

Limpopo guest manor hosted our church conference for single parent. We were welcomed with tea and coffee. The conference room was done up professionally. After the meeting we we served a hearty, warm dinner. The food was just heavenly and the service was superb at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this one
