I'm a fussy guy, high maintenance, particular, well, I've now stayed twice at The Lofts, for a total of 4 weeks and it is really great. Rene and her team are truly awesome, they accommodated all my requests, resolved any issues I had, quickly and are always helpful, always friendly, always available. Rooms are cleaned daily, they are simply just spotless, linen replaced daily, smell fresh every time, I have and had no complaints ........., That's actually not true, I have one complaint, The Lofts had no space for me to stay in November 2020, they were fully booked. When in Polokwane, my first choice is always The Lofts. Rene and B'anessa, thank you ladies for looking after me, made my stays in Polokwane really enjoyable.
Very neat and good accomodation to stay if traveling for business or private.Selfcatering units are well equipt for it.I stayed in room 11 single room and was very nice and clean. All on duty was professional and very friendly.Well done to all to make my stay comfortable Nice breakfast as well
This accomodation is very nice to stay and have good self catering facilities available .Real nice place to stay .Lekker braai facilities for the summer months .Very friendly staff and proffesional .Will stay there again anytime
It was terrible. Room had a blanket and a duvet that's a size fit for only a 6 year old. Not a place to book into in winter if you are a tall person. I basically struggled with my feet not covered and it was a terrible night.
We searched for accommodation in Polokwane and came across The Lofts and it Ticket the boxes for self accommodation that we needed. We booked two units ( one for the two kids and one for the parents) this proved the right decision as the units are to small for a family of 4. The units are in great condition and are serviced with friendly staff daily. Unit 9 (where we stayed) had four minor challenges 1: the water in the sink was running extremely slowly 2: the rubbish bin was to small for daily rubbish 3: the air-condition unit blows straight onto the double bed causing one to switch it off or wake up with a cold 4: the bedding is made for winter and caused allot of discomfort for the summer time and temperatures of well over 28 degrees ( when we asked for cooler bedding we were told that this was not available) All in all good weekend!…
