What a great lodge to spend the night in. Just stopped in area to visit the art route before driving on to Kruger. Very nice accommodation situated out of town. Comfortable, clean room. They’ve decorated the lodge with high quality crafts & now I wish I would’ve “shopped” in the lodge as the prices were pretty good. Breakfast was nice but I didn’t eat dinner as I was too tired to wait until 7 pm. But you would want to take dinner there as it’s a drive into town in the dark. Highly recommended if in area.

When we Comfortable rooms and a lucious setting were preludes to flavorful food. We enjoyed a day in the local town and saw the street market, wood carver, musicians, metal artists and potters. The owners did a fantastic job renovating the farm. If you're into culture and buying local, this is the place!

We stayed one night which was not enough one should stay at least two. The local heritage is definitely worth a visit, the crafts one can not leave without purchasing something. The hospitality was excellent and so were all the staff. Our accommodation was very good, everything one would need for a mountain retreat. We would definitely re-visit to do some of the hiking trails and visit the area to investigate further. The meals were good, one suggestion rename chicken curry to say chicken in a sauce. The house wine was excellent - best house wine we have tasted.

Only stayed one night in Limpopo House as a stopover on the way to Kruger National Park which was a shame and we didn't want to leave. We were made very welcome, hospitality by hosts and their staff very welcoming and our evening meal and breakfast were first class. Would definitely go back but for longer next time.
