We all want an authentic African and wildlife experience when visiting South Africa. Narina delivers both without compromising on comfort, elegance and grace. Minutes from landing at Skukuza airport you are embraced by the warmth and hospitality of the lodge. The staff cant seem to do enough for you. Eugene and his team and on top of every tiny detail....

We were unable to spend 3 nights at River Lodge as it was full on the final night so we went to the more expensive Narina Lodge for the final day/night. It was a step up in terms of accommodation with a more exclusive feel. The only downside was that there was a less friendly feel amongst guests. It may...

The housekeepers at this property got a big tip from me. They give you a chalkboard to be able to chat to them and I asked for a favour while we were at our safari and I asked for them to run a bath and not only did they run an amazing bath tub they laced it with beautiful local...

We spent 3 nights at Narina Lodge in October and it was amazing. Conveniently you can fly from Capetown or Joburg to Skukuza airport which is a 10 min drive from Narina. Our fantastic ranger was already waiting for us and brought us to the lodge where we were welcomed by super-friendly staff. Lunch was waiting for us on the...

From two 16-year old girls perspective: The food was amazing and the chef always made me french fries because that's my favorite dish, even when I didn't ask for it. When we saw our room and how spacious it was, we screamed so loud, the staff laughed with us. We immediately got into the "plunge pool". We felt like royalty...

Our family stayed over the course of 3 days over the holidays and we had a fantastic experience at Lion Sands. We saw all of the big 5 and many more - in fact, we happened to see lions and hippos from our room! The facilities are beautiful and the food is quite good. We also had a truly knowledgable...

We had the most marvelous time at Narina. We had no idea what to expect and all were beyond what we had thought. Our superb Ranger, Dumay was professional, kind, generous and so knowledgeable with not only the animals but flora and fauna. He made the expeditions such fun and did it with grace and with such a respect for...

We had suite #1, a bit of a walk; but well worth it! You're going to need to walk off the wonderful food. Also, considering the view...we had elephants hang around for a couple of hours one afternoon as we watched them from our private plunge pool. This small [9 suite] lodge is a gem in the Kruger Park...a private...

We stayed two nights in Narina Lodge and it was the most spectacular place we have ever stayed! The suites are beautiful, with a huge terrace and plunge pool, bathtub overlooking the river and outdoor shower. It was a perfect place to relax between the game drives. Watching animals from our terrace was surreal, but amazing. Our room was room...

This was our first safari but what a place!!! The lodge itself is 5star all the way, the staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they are very friendly indeed. As far as the safari goes as its our first one I can only comment on this visit but we saw the big 5 close up and...
