On arrival at the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate entrance, we were professionally and courteously processed by the Security and guided to the Nyaleti Lodge. After a 2 kilometers drive , suddenly there in the middle of the bush was the Nyaleti lodge with beautiful gardens, inviting swimming pool and 3 chalets. The owners Marlon & Ann welcomed us and Marlon kindly offered to help carry our luggage to our home for the next 3 days.

The chalet was spotless, stylishly furnished & equipped with many modern appliances, two air-conditioners and two ceiling fans, with a front patio just 4 metres from the bush. The very comfortable queen double bed was fitted with top quality white bedding and the bathroom had numerous towels and an assortment of luxury toiletries, even a hairdryer for my wife and a torch for myself. We had a really pleasant evening listening to the sounds of the nearby animals and had no problem with any mosquitos due to the screens on all windows and doors.

The chalet was serviced impeccably by an honest and friendly house-cleaner every day.

A delicious breakfast was served at the poolside function area and we were off on our daily outings. On the second day we had an early morning game drive and Ann specially prepared for us a sumptuous picnic basket for a breakfast in the bush. What an experience with elephants, giraffe, buck and numerous animals nearby.

We can highly recommend Nyaleti Lodge for their outstanding facilities and hospitality

The staff and owners pay attention to detail and truly custom your stay at the lodge. Their bungalows are very clean and are spread out to allow privacy while taking the wildlife that is abundant. They are very well connected to the numerous game reserves and other activities in the Hoedspruit area. I am from Dallas. Texas and was truly a memorable trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Nyaleti lodge for two days, in the villa, and it was honestly such a wonderful start to our trip. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, the environment is relaxing, and being able to spot a few wild animals is truly a highlight! (We were blessed enough to spot 3 giraffes on our first night's stay) - Everything is extremely clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious and you are not too far from the town if you do feel like exploring the surroundings. Definitely, a must-stay place when visiting Hoedspruit - We loved every minute of it and will return again in the future.

Set in a wildlife reserve and having the bush as your garden was fabulous and being able to walk through the bush to arrive at a dam with a hide enhanced the experience.
Units are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious with full bathroom plus an outdoor shower.
Ann prepared a packed breakfast for us when we left early to go to the park or we had delicious homemade breakfast at the Lodge.
Ann and Marlon made us very welcome and gave us good advice about the area. Ann sent us information when we booked without having to ask for it and fully understand the meaning of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Where do I start, I was blown away from arrival to departure. The beautiful Wildlife estate into Nyaleti Lodge. Ann and Marlon made it so special. The experience was special. The beautiful set up in our room. The breakfast was out of this world, personally prepared by Ann. Every meal was special, she makes the best breakfast, oh and the nicest Flapjacks, not forgetting her famous French toast. The lodge is clean, peaceful, a great place to vacate to when needing of that peace and quietness. Ann arranged our vacation to the detail, from the romantic room set up to Our activities with no extra charge. We saw a LION during our game drive, what an experience it was at the lodge. The housekeeping ladies were so professional and friendly when you came across them, they had big smiles and was very helpful when you needed something. My favorite part of the place was definitely the environment but the Love Ann and Marlon put in in ensuring their guest are well taken care of. Thank you for experience My husband and I loved the 5 days we spent with you.

Our family had an awesome experience at the Nyaleti Villa in August 2023. The location was fantastic and everything was pristine - from the spacious bedrooms (all ensuite, with great outside showers) to the manicured garden with a view on the Green Belt (we saw warthogs and buck walk past on various occasions).

Breakfast on the veranda (at the main lodge, a few metres down the road) was absolutely delicious - if your reservation is without breakfast, I strongly recommend you give it a go (I can assure you, you'll be back for more the following day). My kids can't stop raving about Ann's French toast!!

Ann and Marlon are wonderful hosts: present, kind, attentive, and a treasure trove of tips/info about where to dine/what to do in the area and beyond.
The Green Belt on the estate (it is practically attached to its own nature reserve) well worth a visit - we saw giraffe, zebras, water bucks, and antelope. You can self drive or arrange an evening/morning drive through the lodge.

The villa is conveniently located for Kruger Park (about 40 mins away by car) and the centre of Hoedspruit.

Thank you Ann & Marlon for a wonderful stay :)

The Nyaleti Lodge was our last stay on a great roadtrip in South Africa. The owners welcomed us and we felt like home right from the start, we had a room in the back of the area and we loved it. It had so much space and we had our privacy. The Lodge is in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, which is a fenced community with a lot of game (not dangerous) running around. You have to enter a gate which is with security 24/7. We had the chance to walk around the estate freely and came across a lot of animals like waterbucks, warthogs, monkeys (which we did not see, but hear) and mongoose just in front of our room. The owners builded a look-out on the grounds which was nice to go up and enjoy the view. The owners where very helpful with booking activities for us. In the late afternoons we enjoyed the pool with a Savanna and a cold Windhoek Lager.
The breakfast was just amazing. I had the best french toast ever.
Such a great place! Highly recommended!!!!

Perfect one night stopover on our way back from the bush. The owners were very friendly and helpful - they even processed a load of washing for us on a Sunday night during loadshedding! Very lovely bomer area with fire pit and viewing deck. Thanks for a great stay

We stayed 2 nights in this lodge. We had the whole villa for our own. Great house, well decorated, very clean, a nice garden with coverd terrace and even a little swimming pool. The villa is perfect for a family or friends traveling together ( 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with outdoor shower/bad) Durinig our stay there was load shedding, but Marlon and Ann put flashlights in the lodge. We booked a safari flight via Ann and Marlon, a great experience. Seeing elephants from above is so beautiful. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit. Lodge is located in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, ca 5 minutes drive to different restaurants, all with parking, nothing on-site. Marlon gave us some good suggestions and we had lovely dinners.
