This was my first Safari adventure. The staff and accomodations are exceptional. Everyone from the chef Dylan who prepared delicious meals tailored to the guests wishes to the game ranger Andre who was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful 24/7 to each of the guests along with all of the support staff and the elephant handlers were fabulous!

Stayed for three nights in the Zindoga Villa this past week - family with three kids 11, 8 and 6. What can we say - it was a truly amazing experience. From the private ranger Craig who was a very knowledgable guide and great driver/spotter to Alex the chef who catered to us every day at each of breakfast, lunch...

My husband and I stayed at Camp Jabulani for 2 nights in September and the lodge/experience exceeded our expectations in every way! The luxurious suite was spacious and had a deck with plunge pool overlooking the bush. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented! We had stayed at Jabulani before and found it relaxing and the elephant experience wonderful. This trip was reserved well over a year in advance and yet we didn't get the room we requested. On arrival we were asked whether we had dietary requirements and we advised our ranger of them, and also told Christo the camp manager on check-in....

Dear Mr. Nolle, It was with great dismay that I read your feedback on Tripadvisor, although I had already been in communication with your booking agent and was therefore aware of your points of dissatisfaction following your experience at Camp Jabulani. I apologise on behalf of our team for not meeting your expectations, and for the disappointment suffered as a...

Me and my wife spent 3 nights at Camp Jabulani as part of our Honey Moon and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is very exclusive and we ended up having an experience much better than we were expecting. For example: - Jabulani counts with almost 20 elephants that belongs to the hotel and that you can ride and play....

The folks at Camp Jabulani made us feel at home and the accommodations were first class. I am a very picky eater and the chef comes to your table and if you do not like what is on the menu - they offer to cook you what ever you want! Example vegetarian curry was on the menu but I hate...

I recently stayed at Camp Jabulani and it was a very luxurious safari experience. The food is delicious; every meal is unique. The rooms are beautiful, complete with a fireplace, private heated pool and everything else you might need. The reason we stayed here was the elephant safari, which was wonderful. The elephants are beautiful, and it was nice to...

We had such a wonderful time during our two days at Camp Jabulani--we wouldn't have missed it for anything! The rangers were knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide information, serve as our hosts and drivers, and altogether made sure our time spent was unforgettable. We were so pleased at the number and variety of species we were...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Camp Jabulani, a family-owned private safari lodge, is guaranteed to offer first class accommodation, cuisine, facilities and personalised service. But its most notable feature is the herd of trained African elephants, which were rescued by the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre. Over and above its once-in-a-lifetime elephant-back safaris, guests are also able to join experienced rangers in safari vehicles as they head out in search of The Big 5, and the smaller creatures that are part of an African Safari; visits to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre or simple relaxation around the camp or in the "Bush Spa". The exclusive Zindoga Villa is ideally suited to family travellers, or the client who prefers a more private, luxury experience. ... more   less
