I visit this hotel on business fairly often, it is a true reflection of a 4.5 star hotel conveniently situated in Ballito and close to the airport. I highly recommend this establishment. We decided to spend 7 nights here over the Christmas period, the service in the hotel was sublime, the poolside area was constantly full and that's a testament to the "vibe" created over this period, the food at Fiamma was flawless as always. The staff at both the hotel as well as at the restaurant are exceptional and I believe that this establishment wouldn't be what it is without their amazing staff. Well done guys!

only criticism is breakfast is very limited and has little variety can walk to all amenities staff are very helpful and friendly spacious rooms could do with a gym forest area needs repairs and attention

That was our second stay at this Hotel in Ballito. If we come back to this region in South Africa we will stay here again ( Room 3 on the sea side) was again that one with this Sea View...Bye bye South Africa a great last night of our trip...

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in SA. And certainly outdoes any expectations. We loved the entire visit, the breakfast was fresh, varied and yummy, the staff were all so accommodating and attentive, the location is fantastic and the rooms luxurious. We will be back.

UNREAL- efficient, clean, great food, company and service. Fiamma is also newly renovated and looking great, great place to go for a Sunday lunch and have a bit of a rock and roll with the family and great hospitality of the staff, always feel at home. THIS IS LIVING ;)
