Our stay at Coco Del Mer was one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Every single member of staff excelled to make sure that we never had to ask for everything. They went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary as well as my husband's 50th birthday dinner occasions to remember for the rest of our lives. I went with a friend and we each had a room which were both absolutely lovely and tastefully decorated. Beds were huge and very comfortable. The Spa was incredible with great therapists. Breakfast was really great and service was excellent. All round everything was perfect except the weather but that is completely out of their control.

We did a girls trip to Ballito, as going overseas isn't an option currently, and decided on the Coco de Mer hotel. From the time we arrived to the time we left, 7 days overall, we had the most outstanding service! The breakfast staff were amazing, by day two they knew who we were and how we took our coffee. We didn't have to order, it would just arrive at our table! The rooms are large and very comfortable, we stayed in the Sea View Suites. After eating at the Fiamma Grill on the first night we didn't bother to venture out to any other restaurant the entire stay. The food is glorious, delicious and the presentation is outstanding. We loved every moment of our stay. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The Simbiosis spa is beautiful and the treatments are divine. Overall…

A lovely stay in Ballito. Very central. Only a beach fron would have given it a 5 out of 5 for location. Rooms and sevicce excellent. Spa books out quick so reserve before uou go. Fantastic restaurant on site and many more in walking distance. Wasnt a huge fan of the pillows. Not really a family type of place. The pool area is at the bar so not really an ideal place to swim and tan. A solid 8,5 out of 10.
