We had a very good stay at Boardwalk lodge in one of the 2 Bedroom chalets. I am a sucker for a great view and Boardwalk has one of the best I have experienced. A great view is enhanced by a comfortable and well-appointed vantage point to view from and the chalets are very well designed to maximise the view and provide all the comforts you need. I loved spending as much time as possible on the balcony and enjoyed the open living areas where you could interact easily. The setting on the slopes, nestled in the montagne forest is private while still being close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and Matilda and her team where very response and conveniently contactable on WhatsApp. I highly recommend staying at The Boardwalk

Best holiday in quite a while. Friendly and helpful management.. Perfect break away with stunning view in the middle of nature and best sea views ever. I have recommended to friends already. Would love to stay there again. Best spot in the Garden Route for sure.

The best view ever from all angles in the apartment and well equipped. Note even the 154 stairs put us off! Nothing to much for Dean, Matilda and Oscar to assist. Would be great if the bedroom can have block-out curtains.

Absolutely lovely! From open air to beautifull balcony and infinity pool! Only add on I'll suggest is a fan/aircon in the room, but thats a minor in all the detail! Absolutely loved it! Secure parking is a bonus, with a great personal touch at check in. You guys rock!

Amazing view, comfortable lodgings and excellent customer service. Seriously, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This was our second time here and we will definitely return. The cabin was very cold in the winter evening - they did give us more blankets the next day, but it would be ideal if there was some sort of electric blanket available, or a more effective heater. Although I do understand this may be a fire risk, so it's a very minor gripe.

Room Tip: Ask for Cabin 6 - it's the one furthest into the boardwalk (although this also means slightly...

Hi Haiko, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you returning again soon. We will do our best to implement new ways of staying warmer during winter time. We hope the fireplace helped with this. Thank you for your other recommendations. We will take this into consideration.
