We stayed in the family home and really enjoyed the space next to the pool and boma. The views are amazing and setting very peaceful. Great for a few days or week's holiday in the Wilderness area which has loads of outdoor activities that we enjoyed.

Belle Foret is "Bella" - We were very taken by the wonderful beauty of the venue, the view, the serenity, and the lovely warm owners! The cottage we were offered was awesome and just perfect for a family of 2 - 4. Most of what you would need was there and it was very private and yet close to most shops, beaches, restaurants etc. without being in the business hub.

The lodge is tucked away a couple of km from the N2 and you enter the farm via a gravel road and you'll find the lodgings perched on top of the hill which affords the best views of the ocean, dam, the thicket and the beautiful drive-way. Michelle & Eckhardt are extremely welcoming and accommodative. There's 3 beautiful dogs which will welcome you like family. Great for photos and just peace and quiet esp if you from the city like myself and the gang. Highly recommend and would stay again if I had the opportunity! Side note: Eckhardt arranged for a mechanic to look at my Jeep and made the call with no hassles at all: That's brilliant guest service!!Thank you for going the extra mile.

We had a absolute wonderful time at this property. We loved the privacy and safety. Our girls had a blast playing outside and we totally adored the views from the stoep. The house has everything you need for a self-catering stay. We recommend this property for a great stay in wilderness.

We stayed for a week and what a fantastic fabulous stay rest it was. From the minute of arrival to time off departure. From the setting high up in the hills to the most fabulous views of the of the area. Enjoying breakfast in the forest setting to having dinner around the pool area. To the host and hostess thank you for making our stay the best ever. From the well kept lawn to the neat tidy room and facilities. Highly recommend the stay its was worth the 5 hour drive from Cape Town.
