If you want to be in the thick of things in this charming village, this is the place to stay. It is walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants and beach. The room, bathroom and balcony were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly. There is also a pleasant (and good) restaurant downstairs.
No AC in the rooms so it was pretty hot all night long. We had children with us and I didn't feel like the hotel was very child friendly. We had to keep the doors one because it was hot and the street noise was very distracting.
We have stayed here many times and it's always good; you are right in the hub of wilderness which is awesome. The beach is only a short walk away and Hopkins steak house at pirates creek is the best steak house ever
I've been staying at this lodge for the last 4 years. The service and rooms are absolutely brilliant. Staff and management are very friendly with smiles and always willing to assist to make the stay more welcome. Home away from home. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.
