Expected a memorable stay after our wedding reception. Received by very rude receptionist/supervisor, Mohammad. He had no ettiquet or experience dealing with complaints. Very argumentative. My wife fell on her back off a broken chair that had been on the patio. There were only 3 dstv channels working. Extremely loud argument/discussion between staff that woke us at 7 30am. Noise from other rooms travelled down the hallway after midnight. Minimum to none COVID protocols followed. There is so much potential for this bnb, if it were run properly. Still awaiting follow-up from owner.

No Covid regulations in place at all, unfriendly staff, unprofessional management. Terrible breakfast, noisy staff. Sat at the gate for over ten mins waiting and hooting for someone to let me in. No formal welcome and check-in. Will not recommend this property to anyone

The stay was lovely as always, the brekky is always a good one. Unfortunately there were other guests that were not very considerate and made noise late at night as very early in the morning. Other than that it was lovely.
