The services rendered was Excellent. The viewing of the sea inside the room was just awesome.The driving around the area were the Hotel is convenient. Your can also walk to the sea and have fun. You can also take run next to the sea.

My stay there was acceptable. There is room for improvement. Staff who are dealing with customers must ensure that they provide a service of the highest standard and not just it because they have too.

Hotel has Friendly staff, has clean rooms, has healthy food, there is also a nice view of the back of the yard, parkings are closer to the reception, there was a clean pool even thou i did not use it.

Wonderful staff and service, for the rooms kindly look at the air-conditioning system, it causes a lot of noise when turned on that makes one have a difficult time falling asleep and it will also be nice to have remote for it

I've been searching for hotels nearby to Hluhluwe Game Reserve. With Richards Bay and St Lucia being the more common leisure towns. I didn't find efficient accomodation in either of these towns. At 11pm the night before I left i stumbled accross Garden Court Ulundi. The service was phenomenol and booking extremely easy. This hotel is located 40 minutes away from the first gate at Imflozi. This gave us a night to relax at the hotel and head towards the game reserve at a good time in the morning (I didnt have to wake up at 5am) we arrived at 10am at Imflozi and had a full day to drive through from Imflozi to Huhluwe and exit. We had ample time and when we reached the exit we turned around to do a little more driving within the park. We were done an hour before they could close which was great! Managed to get back home 3 hours later. The staff at Ulundi Garden Court were amazing - from security to chefs to hotel management. I highly recommend. …

Good place to stay but the hotel management must start thinking about refurbishing the place. the carpets, curtains, air conditioners, etc. the place is okay to stay in lovely atmosphere but the carpets and air conditioners makes the rooms feels like you're in an oven
