Please partner with Platnet Fitness so that we can get some bit of exercise after all the take outs we eat. Please put shower caps in rooms and replace soap. I always had to ask for it. But gym is the most important hence the partnership.

stay easy has always provided a phenomenal atmosphere and is surrounded by most amenities with Midlands mall a stone throw away makes it more fantastic. the friendly staff responding promptly when calling makes one feels appreciated. Fantastic free breakfast is always divine.

The staff assisting me during check in were efficient and helpful, breakfast was good. Supper was in the mall and was raining and could not see how the hotel assist guest during the rain to get to the mal and have a dinner without running in the rain. Security is very good and the staff very friendly. The wifi was not functioning and was struggling with my 3G reception. However the staff was helpful in assisting on the non-functioning wifi.

Stay Easy Pietermaritzburg does not live up to the standards and definitely not worth the rates... the level of service kept us waiting over an hour to check in, get pillows and towels. The room facilities were not in the greatest working condition either and to be told by the service desk that they also don’t know how to work the air-con in the room

Compliments to the Management and Staff, Your Hotel was noticeably fully booked, and yet the service we received was complimentary. Mr. Steele, you have a good team look we look forward to our next visit. In the past, we always only stayed at the Golden Horse. It is comforting to know we now have 2 choices when we visit Pietermaritzburg.

Stay Easy is a home away from home with great service. love how the mall is close for shopping and to distress after a long day of hard work. The variety of food outlets that one can go buy food from with their voucher system.

this must be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. it is right next (right on top of!!) one of the busiest roads in South Africa with thousands of heavy duty trucks driving past. it’s 3am and i have not slept not wink. there’s also a school bell that rings every 5 minutes outside the hotel. the bed sheets smell of sweat and cigarettes. the rooms are minuscule. no international news channels. it’s dreadful! beyond words avoid at all cost!!

One can understand we in the middle of covid and there would be limited breakfast menu, but the quality of what was on offer is substandard. The room is very poorly kept and not cleaned very well. There were remenents of the previous occupation. Never again.

I was disappointed from 12-14 July i was accommodated at Stay easy there we no tea in the room no bathing set only one towel. even when we go to the reception they told
us the house keeping staff will be available on the following day, but they failed to put tea and bathing set.

Okay hotel. Rooms were okay, small though. Noisy and lots of disturbance at the hotel throughout our stay. Facilities in room were not in order. They did not work well. I would maybe stay at this hotel in the future.
