MARGATE HOTEL IS A NO GO STAY AWAY. My friends booked in on the 5th November 2020 and were robbed in the hotel room at 3:50am on the 6th November 2020. They are still waiting for management to provide camera footage......disgusting
Thank you very much for the hospitality that you gave us. Special thankx to the reception ladies for making our stay a great one by allocating us to our favourite room 413. I really appreciate it. Our beef steaks were perfectly done according to how we wanted them to be. Thank you Chef.Attention to detail is key. Breakfast was super and we enjoyed it. Thank you also for adhering to the Covid 19 rules and regulations. Thumbs up team Margate Hotel. We will be back with our friends soon.
We've been there for 3 years in a row. Everytime we're on holiday, we stay in the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always above standard and the rooms are clean and tidy. The views are exemplary. We would always go back. Thank you Margate Hotel and staff. Keep up the amazing work.
3 stars? Really? From the start, the lady at reception was not very friendly. There was a VERY noisy party going on, with the guests drinking from the boots of their cars in the parking lot. The nois from the bar carried on throuhout the night. There was only one towel in our room( we were two people). Although there was a phone in the room, there was no instructions or telephone numbers to get hold of reception. Breakfast was cold. Need I go on? Lets just say I won’t be back, and will not recommend this hotel.
if this is a 3 star someone is getting paid for 2 extra stars. Only one small towel supplied . No bottled water supplied , your option is to buy it from the restaurant next door , which also did not have still water...?
