Unfortunately we were very disappointed. When we arrived the room was extremely hot and stuffy....only to find all the windows and doors closed and aircon not in working condition. Reported it, but nothing was done. Had 2 very uncomfortable nights sleeping with open doors and eaten up by mosquitoes. Also room needs a deep clean and make over. Although it looks like pics on website, in real life looks very tired and old.

indeed, it was an upper room with excellent service to their customers. We enjoyed everyday we were there as we were able to swim after hours, be in a cool room to relax and just chill in the patio. what I like also is the fact that it is closer to the beach and well known Malls.

My son and I stayed on a business trip so we needed a room with 2 single beds, so unfortunately our room had no view except of a washing line. That was no problem however as we found the stay very pleasant and the owners were very helpful, the room comfortable and kitted out with everything we needed, including free WiFi and fridge. The breakfast was great and the parking a little tight for our van but secure.

We stayed in a 2 bed room for 3 nights to explore Durban. We hoped to get a quiet and comfortable room to have a good rest after exploring the busy and exciting city and that's what we got 100%. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with stunning views over the city/the university. We had a fantastic breakfast freshly made for us every morning. Edith was a great and helpful host. The whole space was very nice and had safe parking on site. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again.
