Deposit paid and confirmed via email that I will be booked into a luxury room with my family.
My email has all my contact details including telephone number since its Holiday period and the booking was confirmed with the lady.
On arrival I'm told they sorry the roof fell in of the luxury room.I asked why i was not phoned they said they tried numerous times.Lies as I was on standby at home receiving assistance calls from work daily.Their book has a wrong number onsite.But the email printout with my mails had the correct number still was not phoned they gave the room to someone else even with my deposit. Then the story changes that I was moved to another brick room so called a standard room stay away.Then before i left yes the room is already booked we will pay his deposit back and when i asked to see the room wasnt allowed to see the so called damaged room.Drove all the way from Pretoria to be left stranded in Vanderbijlpark during Festive season days after new year. Then I'm told they will transfer my money back to me being January where do i find accommodation to stay everything is booked ....stranded I say.Terrible customer service no management skills no control of the bookings you will be left stranded even if you paid your deposit same thing with another client on hellopeter check

When we arrive Friday they told us to check if everyting in the chalets is there but they didn't told us that we have to do stock taking. So i check but i didn't count every little thing. So Sunday when we leave they went to our chalets and check with us if everything is there and then there was a plate and a steak knife missing so we told them to deduct it from our deposit because I made a mistake not to count everything....But why didn't they go and check with the visitors to check if everything is there. But the guys that went with us to go and check if everything is in the chalet have an attitude that stinks and really need to work on their attitude they thought that we can't understand their language and the 1 told his friend he need to go look in the dusband because we broke the staff and trough it away and that wasn't the case i just made a mistake not to count every little thing in the chalet...
There is a lot of spiders because it's not very clean in the chalets and on the stoop of the chalets.

This has to be the worst resort that I have ever gone too. It was a waste of my petrol and etolls too. On arrival, these woman are rude and have no people skills. There so called shop and bar is something to be admired, and to top it off, it closes at 17:00. THERE RULES ARE RIDICULOUS, AN OLD AGE HOME IS MORE FLEXIBLE.
There PuttPutt, so called Jungle Gym, Netball Court is broken and damaged, they have had no TLC in many many years.
All units including the supposable camp sites are gross and have no care or effort in many years. You have such a high risk of cartching something from this dirty place.
THE AUDACTITY THAT THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU DON’T CLEAN THE UNIT, IS PLAIN LAZY.
There pools was nice and that’s it.
