This award-winning, country-style guest house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within a secure, gated community.
Rivonia Premier Lodge has 44 attractive, well-equipped rooms, of which some are self-catering. Each room has its own entrance. Family units are popular with those travelling with children or friends.
The rooms nestle amongst trees in a large, wooded garden.
Strategically located in Sandton, north of Johannesburg, the lodge offers easy access to all major highways and is 7kms from Sandton City and 6 km from the Mall of Africa; and also lies within a 3-minute drive to Rivonia Village.
Nearby are the Woodmead Retail Centre, the Mall of Africa, Fourways Mall, the Sandton Convention Centre, Gallagher Estate, Montecasino, the Bryanston Organic Market, as well as hospitals including Netcare Sunninghill & Morningside MediClinic (transfers available).
Delicious breakfasts, both buffet & cooked-to-order, are served daily by a sparkling pool. Dinners are available (by arrangement) from Mondays to Thursdays. We offer FREE hi-speed fiber optic internet access and DSTV (the hotel bouquet).
Our state-of-the-art Business Centre, in garden surrounds, seats 20 pax., and is ideal for meetings and training. The lodge welcomes groups and ample parking is available for buses and cars.
Should power outages occur, the lodge keeps its lights on and keeps its guests connected and warm. Our establishment offers battery back-up power for lights and electronic equipment. Internet and WIFI are on back-up solar-charged batteries and underfloor heating maintains a comfortable room temperature during cold nights.

We stayed at this fabulous guesthouse during a stressful time - the quiet location, beautiful gardens and super helpful staff really helped us to relax. We'll miss eating breakfast while watching the many species of bird and chilling out by the pool! The rooms are spacious and comfortable - we had a private balcony and good kitchen facilities. It was nice having buffet and made to order options for breakfast, and we enjoyed dinner the one time we had it here. There is good backup power to accommodate during "load shedding" local power cuts - most things are still usable at these times. WiFi usually works well - they have various networks you can try if one slows down. We really appreciated the team being flexible with us when we had to change plans last minute - thanks for a lovely stay! …

Lovely quiet oasis in a convenient location, clean, comfortable and excellent service. Great breakfast in a calm and relaxing environment. This was our second visit and remains our preferred option when in in JHB.

After a long couple of days travelling, getting to my room was a great experience. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a great shower. There was a great choice of options for evening meal and the food was tasty. For breakfast there was a great choice of options, both hot and cold, and the freshly cooked omelette set me up for a day of exploring. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were here 22 years ago and we decided to come back here with the whole family. Arriving from Europe this is the right place to start visiting South Africa. All the staff is very helpfull and kind to support you for everything. The rooms are spacoius and very clean, well equipped. The Lodge offers also very goos solutions for the family (adjoined rooms). The breakfast is generous with several dishes done on spot. The lodge has a big and well manteined garden where many birds living. Special mention for Fillitah, the manager.
