Excellent service. Friendly staff. Warm hospitality every needs met. Convenient and excellent location. Close to shopping malls. Situated in a quiet area no hustle and bustle. Great relaxation at the pool and Halaal breakfast was provided. Reception staff particularly a lady that stood out for me Ms. Nosicelo she was extremely helpful and very courteous not often you get this kind of reception at front desks. Thank you Nosicelo for making my stay so memorable

It’s a pity management aren’t forced to try to sleep in their own rooms. Aircon droned all night at 75 decibels (measured in the room). Could hear other throughout the night from down the passage. I had 2 colleagues in other rooms on different floors with exactly the same problem. If you want a place to sleep find somewhere else. Carpets are filthy. Rooms small and old.

Great Manager! Thank you Charity! Charity went out of her way to accommodate us. She is very hands on and I rate her 11 out of 10. Reception was clean and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and occasionally buffet dinner. There was no room service but there was vending machines with drinks etc. The area I felt needed serious improvement is their dinner buffet. The stews that was offered was more bone than meat. It wasn't not tasty but it made me feel that it was "budget meat" . It felt like it was the last scraps leftover in the freezer. The outside area had a lovely pool and a gym. There was ample parking outside.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with minimal disruptions at night, he variety of tv programs gave me an opportunity to navigate for those channels I like the most. The cleaning schedule was kept alive.

I've had lovely check-in (& quick ckeck-out) experiences and on my latest stay, Lucky at reception carried my bag upstairs since my colleague beat me to the porter. Note the hotel does not have an elevator, but does have wheelchair accessible rooms on request. Rooms are well sized and clean. No fridge/ cooler provided in the rooms. Top/ flat bedsheets on request in line with 3-star hotels. But also no body lotion in rooms on arrival, also available on request though. Breakfast was good in the hotel, but vegetarian options are limited. Staff here was also friendly. Ri'Stretto restuarant, a good option for dinner, is a short walk across the parking lot from the main hotel and has a wide variety of dishes and a children's play area. They also provide the room service menu at the hotel. Also available is free wifi, free parking, fitness center and swimming pool. Close to Sandton CBD.…

I enjoyed my stay at Garden Court and would recommend it to my colleagues and family. The hotel has excellent service and staff are really friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks with my drinks by the poolside. I nice way to wind off the day at the office.
