We are a 4-star Guest House situated in the heart of Rivonia, one of the most affluent residential and business suburbs of SA, perfectly situated for your business meetings, shopping or a stay at leisure or even just a stop-over on the way to or from a safari. Friendly, professional hospitality and attention to detail ensure that our guests keeps coming back and refer us to their friends. We offer 12 rooms with separate external entrance. The rooms are comfortable and elegantly furnished with en-suite bathrooms, the private terrace that each room has gives you a perfect view of our spacious & tropical looking garden with a sparkling pool. As for the transfers, we are specialized in tailored transport to the private and corporate transport market at a very competitive fixed price for airport transfer, shuttle services, chauffeur drive, door to door and tours. We have recently opened a conference room that can accommodate up to 16 people with all the services a conference room needs.

A gem of a place , located in a very secure area of Rivonia where we spent three enjoyable nights after our Safari , so clean and a very hands on owner who provided everything we needed , including excellent value for money evening meals , equally supported by an excellent staff team who kept the place immaculate, the garden area is a wash with an abundance of flora, with an outstanding swimming pool bordered by well designed and comfortable spacious seating areas, as to give one plenty of space and peace ! If we ever adventure back to South Africa , we will most definitely return to the Sitatunga.

The lodge has a beautiful quiet garden with trees, flowers, and a small swimming pool. The outdoor veranda is a perfect place to read a book with a cold beer. Breakfast is freshly made every morning, and served in a nice room with large windows facing the garden, or out on the terrace. Poached eggs are my favourite, really cooked to perfection! Nathalie, Danny and the whole staff are very friendly, corteous, always available to help. Transfers are well organized and 100% reliable. A home away from home.

Chosen online based on the pictures, we were not disapointed as the Lodge is very nice with a very cosy and cute garden. What really made it for us was the kindness and sense of welcome of the owner and the fact that we really quickly felt just like at home.

My family (with 3 young children) and I stayed 2 nights in Sitatunga Guest lodge on our arrival in Johannesburg. What a wonderful stay! The rooms are large and very clean. The garden is very beautiful and the pool is very nice especially with 3 young children. We enjoyed having a delicious breakfast before our visits. Nathalie (french) and Danny (from Mauritius) gave us good advice on where to go for restaurants and for visits. The place is located in a very nice and safe area close to many restaurants and only a few minutes away from Liliesleaf museam. I definetely recommend this place!

I spent my first week in Johannesburg at the Sitatunga Guest Lodge and really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff- from my airport transfer, welcome and stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the grounds were lovely. Definitely a place to stay!

The area was ideal considering safety and tranquility. Place is not polluted and not crowded. With few, manageable rooms, good care of guests is ensured by the owners of the lodge. Breakfast is served with variety.

I appreciated the hosting in the Guest Lodge, always on time if you requested transfers and very organized. The place is very relaxing. Highly recommended for short or long stays, believe me when I tell you will feel at home

Excellent service quiet and serene environment there is a personal touch to their service . Their transfer and shuttle service is on point would definately go back there on holiday with family. Thanks to Nathalie and staff for the warm welcome and will definately be back soon

Excellent service. Sitatunga offers airport transfers and lodging. I have used the transfer service many times and they are unfailingly on time. The company communicates well using WhatsApp. Their guest lodge in town is quiet and well located, and is staffed by a very friendly group of people. I enjoyed the private patio that each room has, a great place to enjoy the garden.

I totally recommend that you stay at the Sitatunga when visiting Johannesburg ... It’s a quiet & relaxing oasis! Nathalie & Danny are wonderful, making you feel at home!
