I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxed time in this wooden made house full of interesting furniture and great views. The host was always available to help and made sure my estayed exceed my expectations.
Perfect location in the middle of nature and just 5-10min from nearest shopping mall in Pretoria.
Will visit again!

Fantastic place and location. Rooms were cleaned spotless every day. Breakfast was to order and Mendy was a top host. You do need to plan for dinner and if you don’t want to go out or don’t have a car then UberEats deliver really quickly. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our host (owner) even gave us a lift to the local shopping mall to buy some wine and nibbles to enjoy on our balcony. They let us use their BBQ on the first deck with our family joining us. Nice touch. Very quiet and private room overlooking the green gorge. Swimming pool was really clean and well maintained. You can also help yourself to the bar when it’s in the evening and nobody is around. Would definitely recommend this Inn if you are in the Pretoria area.

Hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are huge and very nice and have a balcony, and the hotel is in a very secure place (in a gated neighbourhood) with indoor parking. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work while we were here, though this was probably not the hotel's fault but their telco provider's. The breakfast was also very nice.

The host, George, was helpful in every way he could and we've had some interesting discussions with him. Beause of him, we felt very welcome here.

I cannot judge value for money, as we got here because our room at Wild Peach Inn (owned by the same owner) was doubly booked. In this light, I guess we had excellent value for money, although having to find this hotel after dark wasn't particularly pleasant.

The hotel isn't really close to the center, but this matters little as it is unsafe to walk in Pretoria anyways. It isn't that far to the centre by car. It is hard to find the entrance of the hotel as the Korannaberg Avenue is blocked by a gate halfway. It is only possible to enter from the Nondela Road side.

This is the worst place we slept in, and we changed 15 different hotels during our trip to South Africa. Our room was dirty, our bed had strange spots everywhere, the shower was not working properly and there was water all over the floor. We couldn’t even have breakfast there, all tablecloths were dirty as id they had not been cleaned from the day before. When we arrived nobody was there to open, we were lucky a couple (who was staying there) oped the gate for us. We spoke to a guy and he had his headphones on so he wasn’t even listening to us.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

This is a lovely place to stay in Pretoria. The staff is great and the location is very convenient. It is close to the N1, fine dining and the Menlyn Mall conmplex. You will need a car to get around, but it has become my favorite place to stay in the area when on business.

Five stars ???? no way ! The location of the B& B is excellent in the waterkloof area, with a nice view, an excellent breakfast and friendly personell and owner. But I just hated the room where we where put into. I would use it as a locker for clothes :-( It was small, it was cramped, and on the entrance a fridge was blocking the way, you almost had to jump over the fridge ! 0 stars for the room. Furthermore the bed was too small to sleep reasonable, of all the hotels and b and b's in our vacation the price of this room was the highest, and the room and the bed was the worst we had ! DO NOT TAKE THE CHEAPEST ROOM !!!!!

We only stayed one night!........what a pity. We have stayed in some fantastic places throughout the world, for me the Coral Tree Inn is at the top of the Premier League, myself and my wife and my brother and his wife both booked Suites, I ended up in the Presidential Suite which was simply unbelievable, the other suites and rooms are also stunning. There are a number of things that make this place head and shoulders above the others, firstly our host Gunter and his wonderful family, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people! Next it has 7/8 rooms which are all beautiful. The area is really nice and quiet and the Breakfast 1st Class. Sat on our lovely balcony high amongst the trees was pure bliss. We are going back for a lot longer next time. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. I tell you, you won’t find better! Thanks again Gunter.

Having found Coral Tree Inn almost by accident 18 months ago and rating it as one of my favourite hotels in the world, it was great to get the opportunity to stay again while working for a few days in South Africa.I was not disappointed. The place is really a home from home. Beautiful views from the breakfast terrace, an honesty bar, and well fitted rooms. It is comfortable and friendly, good wifi and simply the best

Having stayed at top hotels around the world I have been spoiled. But this inn in the Waterkloof Heights tops the lot. An easy ride from Johannesburg OT Airport (and the hotel will meet you) this has peace and tranquility, fast connectivity, international TV and amazing rooms. The breakfasts on the terrace; the honesty-bar; the comfy beds and spacious balcony will remain in my memory for a long time. I suspect the warm welcome, the personal touches and the incredible attention to detail by the owners and the staff will stick for ever. The feel is very much like being a house guest at a very upmarket home. I will stay here again - even if I am just overnighting at the airport - it was THAT good.

This is a really beautiful property in a lovely location. The owner was really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Staff were lovely too. We were very kindly given a free upgrade to the superior suite as it was available. The room included a lovely big bed, flat screen TV, huge balcony, fireplace, tea/coffee facilities, bath robes etc. etc. The breakfast we were served was also of an exceptionally high standard. Really wished we could have stayed longer.
