This is definitely not a four or five star Boutique Hotel! The accommodation was shocking - no hot water in the shower, thin/flat pillows, no extra blankets, no hairdryer, no air-con and not much room to swing a cat! Will not be returning.

As a group of mature ladies who save up each year for an annual visit to a spa, our experie was disappointing to say the least. We arrived on time at 8 but it took a while for the coffee to be ready (this after spending time filling in the necessary forms). Our first group of ladies were taken for their treatment, whilst the others waited in the jacuzzi and sauna room. Once it was nearly time for our treatments, we we asked to wait. We waited on the deck where we had our coffee earlier, only to be told to move because there was a treatment room underneath. Treatments for the body scrub and wrap then ensued, but at no time was I asked my name, so do not know why I had bothered to fill in all the personal information earlier on. This was followed by an invigorating shower and

We recently stayed at Isiphiwo Boutique Hotel & Spa on one of their special packages which included a visit to the spa, accomodation as well as dinner and breakfast. From the onset of our booking they went out of their way to accomodate us with special requests in a very competent and professional manner. The setting is absolutely perfect. Although close to all shopping facilities it feels like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of city life with rabbits, monkeys and Impala roaming the perfectly manicured gardens. The spa is an experience of extreme indulgence. Personnel are professional and very competent. The sounds of guinifowl and other birdlife adding to your experience of total relaxation. The accomodation was very good. The only area where I can fault them

Just spent a perfect week at Isiphiwo Guest Lodge with my colleagues for a strategic retreat. It was way over our expectations!! The place is absolutely wonderful, with nature and wild animals all around you. The luxury rooms and the villa (didn't see the standard) are of a good size with full size bath, two sinks and a separate huge shower. There is a desk to work, king bed and a small sofa where you can rest. Being in a strategic retreat, our schedule of meetings and workshops was very tight, but the service was always top, coffee breaks were nearly a full meal as they were providing delicious fruits, food and snacks. Talking about food, it was the surprise of the week. I had 15 meals at the lodge during the week, and all of them were excellent. Absolutely nothing to

We recently stayed at this establishment for 7 nights as we were attending a wedding. We had booked a luxury room which included a mini bar, large bath and air conditioning. The room rate included the mini bar which was topped up everyday. We received two baskets of fruits while we were there. We arrived after a long flight from Melbourne and were warmly greeted by the lady of the house who wanted to know if we wanted something to eat. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a full cooked breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of tea and coffee. Staff were very helpful. We had no trouble getting a tour booked for a game park tour. I would certainly recomend the massages they have to offer as this is very relaxing after a long flight. The food at the
