Waiters and waitresses were very efficient and food were served on time and the quality was remarkable. 350 guests ate to their satisfaction and everybody is still raving about the venue. Keep up the good work guys.

Thank you so much for these wonderful and kind words. It is an absolute pleasure and an honor that we could participate in making the wedding a success to rave about. I will pass on these compliments to my Team. Once again thank you very much and I hope we see you again in the future for a little break-away and relaxation at our famous Spa. Yours Sincerely Mercia Engelbrecht Operations Manager

I was so very disappointed with this stay that was booked because a close family friend had a wedding at the venue. I must say the wedding catering and venue was very good, but the over night stay was awful. The hotel promotes it'self as 5* but admit the accommodation is 4*. However my room had no aircon, an extremely noisy ceiling fan, no plug in the bath, no room fridge and and a very poor quality CRT TV. At best the room I stayed in was a 2*. There are 50 very uneven steps to reach some of the rooms and various residents kept us awake until 03h30. Unfortunately our room was close to the access point to the kitchens and the staff then woke us up at around 06h00. Unfortunately I must give a very strong recommendation against staying at this venue

We visited Isiphiwo on the 25th July for our 20th anniversary celebrations. This included spa treatments as well as a one night stay over. It was amazing, the staff are extremely professional and friendly. The accommodation was really good and the food exemplary. They went out of their way to accommodate our banting diet requirements as well.

Three of us enjoyed a day of celebration at the spa. The venue is hidden away in the bushveld amongst well planned buildings to compliment nature. The personal and therapists were professional and made us feel at home right away. We enjoyed a scrumptious lunch followed by a soak in the jacuzzi. We were pampered and spoilt like royalty. However I would recommend that personal not involved at the spa should also be trained to keep quiet whilst treatments are on the go, it was quite disturbing to be rudely interrupted by shouting and noises made by the maintenance team. A pity as the spa personal was absolutely superb!
