Excellent hotel with very clean, modern and large rooms. Well located for anyone working in Rosslyn or as a stop over. Very good restaraunt and friendly service. Not much to do in the immediate surrounding area. I stayed on business as it was close to Rosslyn and to avoid morning traffic by not having to travel further but was very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again.

First time in the area and the Hotel was recommended, the room was very spacious and well equipped, it was nice to have a full size bath tub for a soak. The balcony overlooked the small pool and was well furnished. The breakfast choice is good and hot options are offered, i can recommend the omelette. In general the Hotel is well furnished, comfortable and the service i received was very good. I can recommend a stay if you are in the area and the Industrial area of Rosslyn is no more than a fifteen minute drive.

I spent a lot of time at Veroz Boutique over a period of one year and now it is time for my review. It was like home. The rooms are classy, clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and friendly at the same time. Restaurant is quite good with a wide selection of wine as well. I definitely recommend it over other hotels in the surrounding. I miss you all. giandomenico

What a pleasant surprise! This is really boutique and the room I stayed in was very classy. From the large bed covered in quality linen to the crystal glasses and blue porcelain cups, it was a very good experience. The restaurant on site served a great steak and the breakfast was on par with large hotels. Only critique I have is the instant coffee in the room. This hotel would be excellent when they put a french press and ground coffee in the room. Nothing spoils a day for me as having instant coffee when I wake up.

Lovely hotel in northern suburbs of Pretoria. Beautiful gardens, rooms and decor. The food was wonderful. Would stay there again.
Pity silly gaps spoiled a few days spent there. One would expect a 5 star hotel to have tissues, a cake of soap and a shower cap in the bathroom. Wifi was slow and then non-existent. The TV in the bedroom only had 8 functioning channels, none of which was news. There was no newspaper in the hotel. Check in at reception failed to mention that the hotel had a gym and swimming pool for guests.

Veroz Boutique hotel is probably the worst place I ever stayed in South Africa .
Especially when you consider that it is a pricy place !

If you want to sleep directly on the parking .... you can go there !

If you want to receive an electrical choc while you are taking a shower .... you can go there !!
When you take a shower and want to adapt the temperature by turning the mixer you have the pleasure to receive an electrical choc !A totally unacceptable situation and very dangerous !
When I mentioned this issue to the reception I received this very surprising answer "... it can happen, we have sometimes issues with the geyser ... "
No excuses !! After 2 nights I would like to mention that it was still not repaired !

Internet access is not working better ! It is great to offer free internet access but it would be better if it was working . Every second day, internet is not working at all !

After all those issues, not even a commercial gesture .

In a nutshell I would not recommend this place.

Next time i will again to Casta Diva around the corner. A much better place to stay in Pretoria.

I’ve stayed in some luxurious hotels in many parts of the world including Bellagio in Las Vegas, but nothing compares with the Veroz. The best steaks in the world and first rate food and desserts. The rooms are spacious, warm in winter, cool in summer and inviting. – Spa, Sauna, beauty parlour, good restaurants and tea.

We were pleasantly surprised by how impressive this hotel is. It's a world class hotel. Top class service, very well furnished rooms, and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Good value for money with comfortable rooms. I have stayed here twice so far and will book with them next time I am in the area. Steaks at the restaurant for dinner are divine, just lacking a bit on the wine list. In their defense they did inform me that I can send a wine list in advance and they will stock it for me for my next visit which is excellent!

This 5 star boutique hotel is in a class of it's own.

Tucked away in an upmarket part of Pretoria's northern suburbs, I almost feel hesitant to share this discovery - just in case it is discovered by too many travelers.

“The devil's in the details” and the owners made sure that every small but important component of a great stay was taken care of. It is clear that management is meticulous about every aspect of their hotel, from entering the premises, with their well maintained gardens, reception area, lounge, rooms, spa, pool, and, most important to me, hygiene. Their staff was outstanding, their rooms elegant, yet homely and very spacious.

I hosted a dinner party at their restaurant and the food was clearly passionately prepared and presented, scrumptious, delectable, and splendid. The staff's outstanding service added to an enjoyable evening with my fellow diners.

I was told that they are well known for their spa treatment, great massages and hairdressing salon. This will be my home from home when I'm on a business trip in Pretoria. And to crown it all, they are very reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel.

"Avoid the ground floor rooms in the Spa building. If you are looking at staying there I would suggest a top floor room and not ground floor one as these have large glass doors that look to let in plenty of light."
