Staying at the Aanmani Rose Guest House felt like I was home with amenities. Both Staff and other Guests were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the garden beautiful. The car service for appointments and shopping are an extra perk and very easy to arrange.

This is a wonderful, friendly, family-run place nestled in the suburbs of Pretoria. It has an intimate atmosphere. They serve breakfast and the staff all know you by name and are ready to help you with whatever you need whether restaurant recommendations, rides to work and outings, or special requests. The rooms are quite luxurious especially the ones at the upper end. The pool and the small garden with ibises was the highlight in terms of amenities. I'll be back.

I had a great moment staying at the hotel, I real felt like living with members of the family, I felt safe staying at the hotel.
Staffs are very friendly and Kind and tireless with guests' questions and same care and service is given equally to everyone.
I loved the name I was joking with some staffs ''Mr. Mulume' = Uncle?

I went to this guest lodge today to look for accommodation. I am from out of town and I was having an operation at a Hospital near to this guest house. I was looking for a room for 3 nights for where my sister can stay since I’d be admitted for 3 nights.
Upon reaching the gate, a guard came to meet me, talking to me behind the gate he asked me what I wanted. I told him I was looking for accommodation. First thing is says to me is “but it will cost you R2000”, I said I was fine with the price. after another 10mins of me explaining myself he told me he does have space, he finally opened the gate and I drove in. There was a Caucasian couple standing about 10m from me. When they saw that I was black they spoke to guard and they told him to tell me there was no space for me!!! I couldn’t believe it. I was being treated like rubbish. I am currently staying in johansburg and I am paying R5000 a night. I’m going in for a procedure that will cost me over R150,000. You looked at my skin colour and you judged me. You guys are pathetic, I would not advice anyone to go to this guest house.

Pleasant guest house in nice part of town. Johan and Tommy the proprietors are helpful and friendly. Despite the significant building works currently taking place the house internally seems to suffer minimum disruption and noise. Rooms are comfortable. My suite had a huge bed, large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, small kitchen and comfortable lounge. Good TV selection with sports and film channels.

Free shuttle service to Mall and nearby USAID offices although both are walkable. Free wifi which works well. Good breakfast and evening meals also available. Pleasant seating areas in the garden and small swimming pool.

I had a very wonderful stay at the Aanmani Rose Guesthouse. The food and service is out of this world. Thank you to the able management of both Johannes and Tommy the place is a home away from home. Trips to the mall or anywhere you wanted to go were professional organised. I had the unpleasant experience of having a problem my visa card blocked but I was quickly assisted with phone calls to my bank in my country Zambia. It was truly amazing. I would recommend that any one visiting Pretoria to stay at the Aanmani Rose Guesthouse - You wont regret it !!

I've stayed at Aanmani Rose several times for work trips. The best aspect of staying here is the staff. One is made to feel very welcome and the environment is conducive to meeting other guests at breakfast or during the occasional family-style dinner. Other highlights include: comfortable rooms; hot tub; garden area for relaxing; free pick up/transport to shopping malls, Gautrain, major offices; little lunch snacks to take with you each morning; beautifully prepared gourmet food; but again, the best aspect is the wonderful staff.

The hospitality of the staff are exceptional. The building itself give you the feel of home. I like the living room with chimney, and a warm dining room and most of all my room! The natural light, the overview of the swimming pool and the stairs up to my room is perfect. I usually are not comfortable easily in a location where I never been. But on the very first day that I arrived, the Aanmani Rose and it's staff make my stay in Pretoria worth and warm. I will always always remember Aanmani Rose and because of that, I want to go back to SA if I have a chance and looking forward to it so much!

I have never stayed in a guest house ever and was so worried about how my stay will look like in one. Aanmani is like Home! The warmness and friendliness of the place and the staff makes you feel at home. The place is so unique and cozy that you will always want to stay more. The rooms are so clean and the staff are always willing to go out of their way to accomodate you. I loved this place and would recommend it for all.
