I honestly can not get enough of this place. It is refreshing and rejuvenating. It is definitely the place to go to if you need some peace and quiet.. you spend the entire day being pampered by their qualified beauty therapists and you'll feel quite rejuvenated when you leave

Ingaadi is set in a beautiful forest. Portions of it overlook an idyllic dam which gives one that feeling of being 'away from all' even though it is not far from town. The Spa reception area could benefit by a little more signage as one steps through the most obvious door into a dining room which is momentarily confusing. The dining room is dimly lit and whilst one values privacy, the main source of light seems to be from the bar. Possibly it is brighter on a sunny day but perhaps the staff could light a few candles on a dull day.
The staff were most welcoming and friendly.
The change room was disorganized, there were not enough bathrobes and we had to personally hunt for slippers whilst the attendant was off looking for robes. The hot signage for the taps is minuscule and written high on the tiling of the shower, which those of us who use reading glasses could not see - luckily a younger client was able to point it out to us.
The massage room for two was small and the beds a little narrow. I am an average sized woman and my larger husband would never have managed to fit himself onto the massage bed.
The massages were given by two concerned, friendly and delightful ladies but both of us felt that whilst they were enthusiastic and very sweet, they were not skilled to the point of assessing problems areas and giving them a little extra pressure and/or easing out. It felt as though they had not been given much training in the anatomy of a massage. However, I must stress that it was none the less a lovely relaxing afternoon and the foot massage was heavenly.
The staff are delightful. The setting great and with just a little more training and attention to detail it would be perfection.

My husband and I was here twice now in one month, it is a stunning place real value for money, except the honeymoon suite oh boy that bed needs to be replaced asap my back was stuffed from spending the night, please give it attention as well as your menu on your full day Spa it is always the same, same breakfast, same lunch, same dinner, same snack, I guess it is fine if it is your first time but please think about your regular customers who really don't want the same food,

Will c u for mothers day hope food is different then

Lunch was healthy and delicious but a bit cold.

The treatments were great but waiting for water to be fetched while the girls chit chat amongst themselves definitely needs to be looked at.

Your therapists kept mentioning how low their pay is and this is was uncomfortable to hear. Please provide training regarding that. Or pay them better... Definitely not what a client wants to hear.

For a 4star rated establishment I expected more when I faced down for my massage. What I saw was dirty bed with towels that have seen better days.

Your waiters dissappear during sessions, strange when one needs drinking water at the jacuzzi.

Your car guard though knows what world class service is. He was friendly from the time we came in until we left. He was definitely one of your establishments highlights.

The manager is awesome and the venue has such breathtaking views. The treatments can't be faulted though.

Staff needs training and I am sure, after that, people will be on waiting lists for months for a booking.

Spoiled my friends for a day spa when I visited South Africa. Waited to long In between sessions while the staff go and get hot water, something that needs to be done before guest show up for their next treatment. I usually go to mangwanani and will stick to them. This spa can learn from them. Struggle to get the day booked and paid. Meal very average. Staff asking for tips?? This is not a cheap place pay your staff accordingly and don't let the guest feel uncomfortable when staff keep on asking and reminding you that you can tip them, guest will tip if they feel it's worth tipping.

Awesome venue. Very unfortunate that this is a bit and miss spa! Much nicer places to go.

1. The waiting in between is ridiculous, 2. The room for the massage was like a old boys locker room - no luxury at all, Made us take gowns off in front of them didn't even walk out the room very uncomfortable 3. Full Body Massage was less than 60min - 45 minutes at most, 4. We booked a 75min Superior Anti Age Probiotic Facial - WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! the facial was a 30min face wash at most. The room was boiling hot when we walked in for facial, they washed our face with face wash, put an eye cream and then some mask then wash off - that was it, not even a wrap for your hair, which they kept wiping. Then didn't move until we tipped them. Will not go back there again. Don't pay for any additional marketing ploy for treatments - they just don't exist but you pay for it.

My partner and I went here for the day. We had 8 treatments including 2 meals and 2 alcoholic drinks. We were greeted with a lovely breakfast (they catered for our vegetarian friends). The robes and slippers we were given were incredibly comfortable!
We had: neck and shoulder massage, full body, hot stones, hands, feet, facial and a jacuzzi! I fell asleep in two of these treatments as I was so comfortable and relaxed! The scenery was fantastic, our therapists were friendly and professional! Great value for money! I intend to return when I’m next in South Africa!

We booked the anniversary package for our parents, who were cele rating their wedding anniversary. They had a great experience, from the second they got to the premises until they left. They have been talking about their experience there non-stop.
Thank you Ingaadi for making our parents anniversary extra special.
A special thank you to Brenda for your patience when we were making the booking and to Khuthadzo for keeping your promise of making the experience memorable for our parents, you were very warm and understanding every time I engaged with you, Ingaadi has a true asset in you.
And to the therapists that were taking care of our parents, thank you very much, we appreciate it dearly!!!

I took my wife for the whole day massage and the experience was phenomenal. We enjoyed every moment, the full day massage was great. Big up to Nkele and Nthabiseng whole were our therapies for the day. With no doubt we will definitely be going back there. Breakfast and lunch was mouth watering compliments to the Chef. The place is neat and easily accessible. Next time I will book one of the chalet to further enhance this amazing experience.
